My honest opinion on my college.

Remarks :

The minimum eligibility to do this course is 12th class with some mandatory subjects like mathematics, physics and chemistry. You have to come to the college to collect the form and the details about the fees and dates etc. No, reservation benefits are available for anyone who get admission to this college. I want that the placements from the college should be fair and increased.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I always wanted to be a software engineer because most of my family members are software engineers so, that's why I chose to do this. The faculty ratio of the college would be approx 1 teacher on 70 students. Most of the faculty have done BTech and Mtech with respected college and they are well experienced in their subjects and their teaching method is good. We easily understand their lectures. The duration between the semester exams is an average of 4 to 5 months and this is enough for the preparation of examinations. And the exams are not easy to pass. One has to study hard to pass the exams.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee is approx 1 lakh per year and this is a huge amount to do a bachelor's degree for any middle-class person. Most middle-class people couldn't afford this. We have filled out a scholarship form from the college and teachers used to tell us that we will get our scholarships soon but till now we didn't get a single rupee.

Campus Life :

We celebrated the freshers' party in the last of November 2022 and Many fests will be organised in the upcoming time. Books for our course are available in the local market and some of them are available in the library too. And many of my classmates have arranged to buy books from seniors at a lower price in comparison to the market. Classrooms have all the facilities that every class should have. Several sports tournaments were being conducted in the mid of December and many students also participated in those tournaments. The most famous sport in our college is Volleyball. No social groups or clubs or websites are run by the students but some of the students have YouTube accounts.

It can also help develop your soft skills, such as being able to work in a team and the ability to solve complex problems, which are all valuable assets for both your academic and professional career, as Jasmine experienced.

From the 6th semester, students are applicable for campus placement. All big companies like Wipro, IBM, TCS, and many such companies come to our college and they also do mass recruitment. The highest package of last year was in amazon in AWS was around 30LPA. The placement percentage of students in CSE is around 95 percent. My plan after getting the degree is to take placement from college.
