My College, Your turn

Remarks :

For Karnataka, Students have to give CET, For Non-Karnataka Students: Comedy, And Management Quota I appeared for the Comedk entrance exam, which is almost held in every major city of India in online mode, and got selected during online counseling. All major updates on college and Comedk exams, you can find on DSCE or Comedk's official website.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The faculty of ECE is so chill. I opted for ECE because its covers smart electronic gadgets and almost every faculty of the ECE branch in DSCE are chill. In DSCE you have 3 internals ( monthly exams) and 1 semester-end examination. Besides it, Assignment submissions, Quizzes, and labs exam are also there. Class Size : 70 and Course Fees: INR 1000000 per year.

Internships Opportunities :

Not so many companies are visited for internships. Since the implementation of the New Education Policy completing an Internship in every alternative semester is compulsory. But college not helping much with internships.

Placement Experience :

From 6th students are eligible for placement. There are large no. of companies are visiting our college. Like Texas, Amazon, Bosch, ACM, Paytm, Accenture, etc. Highest placement: 40 lac/ year Average placement: 6-7 lac/ year About 90% of students have been placed in college in-campus placement.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Not so many companies are visited for internships. Since the implementation of the New Education Policy completing an Internship in every alternative semester is compulsory. But college not helping much with internships. Fee Structure: Approx. 2.5 lakhs/year. Late fine charges are so high and strict guidelines for fee payment on time. The college didn't focus on its scholarship program. Mainly they consider National, State, and other private scholarships.

Campus Life :

DSCE cultural fest is the best in Bengaluru. DSCE has an Intra College fest named VIBRATION, Inter College fest as "Furore" and every Saturday Cultural program "Cultura". These above fests are Organized by club CPA. Technical fest: Iteration, Meshach, etc. Other clubs: IEDC, Mudiya, etc.

Placements are excellent at BMSCE students get placed from the 5th semester onwards. Some companies which visit include Infosys, Intel, hp, Cisco, etc. The highest package will be 40 to 50 LPA each year and the average package is around 9lpa. In CSE the placements are almost 100% but considering all branches it's around 80%. I am planning to do a job after my degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to be an engineer that's why I chose this course. Student 21 and teachers 12 it's the ratio. Teachers are very well qualified but lack the experience that's why teachers join our college to get some experience The teaching is good and smart classes are available. Sem exams are conducted after every 4 months and 3 internals are conducted. Its somewhat difficult to pass the exams, If you study a bit you can pass them.

Generally, Students are eligible from the 7th sem for placements. Many Companies visit the campus and provide placements to the students. As per my knowledge, the minimum salary per annum is 3 lakhs and the max is 25 lakhs. Even college will guide future studies also by inviting higher officials for the talk.
