Remarks :

I got admission through CET (common entrance test) in which I got a 37,000 rank, but the cutoff is around 50,000. All details can be found on the college website or you can contact them. The admission process was easy and simple.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course because I was always interested in computers. Most faculties are good and have good qualifications like master's and Ph.D., but some are not that good at teaching. Teaching methods are ppt and chalkboard. Mostly you have to do self-study. The exams are timely and predetermined and are fairly easy to pass.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 97000 per year

Placement Experience :

Placements are started from the last 2nd semester of every course. The lowest package was 2 LPA and the highest was 10 LPA. More than 50 companies visited and the placement rate is almost 80%. I'm planning to get a job after my graduation.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

If you go for admission directly the average fee is around 2.5 lakh per year and other charges if you want a hostel or transport. Hostel cost is around 1.2 lakh per year and transport average cost is 40,000 per year. This is costly compared to other options like pg or flat.

Campus Life :

The campus life is great, the infrastructure is phenomenal. It is spacious and it has everything you will need. The annual fest name changes every year and it is so worth it, famous DJs and singers perform and there are lots of competition. Our fest was India's largest. Almost all books and journals of all subjects and categories are available. The classroom has all the basic amenities like a bench and chair. Wi-Fi and cooler. There are more than 50 clubs and groups all over the college including sports like table tennis, football cricket basketball, etc. and completion are held almost every week.

BMSCE - the oldest and most prestigious college of Bangalore

Placement Experience:

Placements are excellent at BMSCE students get placed from the 5th semester onwards. Some companies which visit include Infosys, Intel, hp, Cisco, etc. The highest package will be 40 to 50 LPA each year and the average package is around 9lpa. In CSE the placements are almost 100% but considering all branches it's around 80%. I am planning to do a job after my degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to be an engineer that's why I chose this course. Student 21 and teachers 12 it's the ratio. Teachers are very well qualified but lack the experience that's why teachers join our college to get some experience The teaching is good and smart classes are available. Sem exams are conducted after every 4 months and 3 internals are conducted. Its somewhat difficult to pass the exams, If you study a bit you can pass them.
