My life as a btech student ????

D
6.2 /10

Remarks :

My admission was very simple I just visited the college and went to the admission office I filled out the application, provided my details, and paid the application fee that's all I got admission to the college. No entrance exams

Course Curriculum Overview :

Data science was in huge demand in the IT field earlier even new computer engineering was said to be the course including data science in our university so I opted for computer engineering (data science) and now there is a separate course for data science which is name as csd. Teaching varies from person to person but most of them were good. Passing an exam was easy..it's easy to pass

Internships Opportunities :

To be honest, I have no idea regarding this and a minor project is given to me this sem from IOT(internet of things) we are having projects now.. but our juniors have projects from the 4th sem itself they have been improving the education quality every year

Placement Experience :

Students will be eligible for placements from the 7th sem. Since I'm still pursuing 6th sem I don't know exactly but I know a few companies like Capgemini and TCS. As far as I know, the minimum package is 3.5 to 4 and the maximum i don't have exact idea but it will be above 12

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

For me, the fee was costlier. It would cost 235000 per year for my course and I don't have any scholarship.for every semester we need to do registration for sem and registration can be only done after clearing the fee dues in lockdown there was no income for us so it became quite hard for me to pay the fee.

Campus Life :

To be honest my all university life was done online. I would give 5/5 to the library at the university. You'll get everything you need in the library. Our classrooms will be perfect for a student who will reach their expectations. I would give 2.5/5 for sports there won't be many facilities for the sports ground is too small. We'll have a group on WhatsApp for all our faculties and my fellow classmates

Hostel Facilities :

They'll provide lockers, clean beds and pillows, study desks per head and also the room are great. Earlier the food was good at the beginning and the taste and quality have been changed later. Some rules were strict no one should stay out of the hostel above 8 I mean come on we are 20 we aren't kids. All the registration will be done at the university itself and the main thing is the hostel isn't on the campus.. it is out of the campus buses will be arranged by the university and after a sem I choose pg to stay and yes pg's are available around the area of the hostel a lot of pg's are available

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course for the sake of Electronics. The teachers are good and knowledgeable where most of them have done their PhDs and the students' strength is around 60 per batch and later lateral entry students will also join.

Placements are excellent at BMSCE students get placed from the 5th semester onwards. Some companies which visit include Infosys, Intel, hp, Cisco, etc. The highest package will be 40 to 50 LPA each year and the average package is around 9lpa. In CSE the placements are almost 100% but considering all branches it's around 80%. I am planning to do a job after my degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to be an engineer that's why I chose this course. Student 21 and teachers 12 it's the ratio. Teachers are very well qualified but lack the experience that's why teachers join our college to get some experience The teaching is good and smart classes are available. Sem exams are conducted after every 4 months and 3 internals are conducted. Its somewhat difficult to pass the exams, If you study a bit you can pass them.
