Remarks :

Patna medical college is a prestigious and reputable medical College in Bihar as well as in India. The eligibility is you have to min. Age of 17 years to apply for neet and the applicant must be 12th pass out or pass 12th in the current year in which he/she wants to give NEET. The admission process is the same as any government medical college i.e through NEET. The details of the application form, application fee, and application dates can be found on the NTA website.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Since MBBS is one of the prestigious courses which gives you internal satisfaction as well as financial and Job stability, choosing MBBS is indeed a great choice if you like to serve for manking. In PMCH the student's teacher ratio is quite good there are many experienced teachers in every department as well as PG teachers are also always there to help you. All the facilities have a minimum qualification of PG with many as long as 25+ years of experience. Honestly, the internal assessment exams are quite an on-time schedule as other states' medical colleges but there is always a lag in University exams by AKU. When other states declare their results, AKU declares their timetable. MBBS is quite a tough course to pass exams with good marks you need regular studies of 2-3 hours throughout the year.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Since it is a government college, the fee structure is quite low. At the time of admission, you have to pay 6100 college annual fee plus 4000 for extracurricular activities. Along with this, you have to also pay a security money of 10000 at the time of admission which is refundable. so the effective fee per year is about 10100 INR. If you are financially weak, you can avail a scholarship from the government based on your performance. After completing MBBS you can get an instant job as a general physician or medical officer under the government with a salary ranging from 75k to 90k. In the internship which lasts about last 1 year, you will get around a 22k stipend in 2023. But with the passing of time, it continues to increase.

Campus Life :

However, the college has mostly old buildings but the library is renovated and it's quite good with all the modern facilities like a water cooler and free wifi. Apart from this, of course, you get plenty of books including medicine as well as leisure. As a construction company, L&T occupies college grounds for their camps and for storage purposes. There are sadly nil sports and extracurricular activities activities. However, in the college hostel, you get an empty space for part-time sports like short-boundary cricket and volleyball. There are many college societies and groups organized by students which are more reflected in CFD.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course as it always was a childhood dream of mine to become an able doctor. The faculty-to-student ratio is very healthy ( around 1:2) Faculties are extremely qualified and the teaching method is modern. Teachers teach with the help of projectors and slides as well as blackboards. Exams are multiple and moderately difficult to pass. You will need to be regular with your studies at this college.

Placement Experience:

As we all know medical college is not known for placement as such. But at end of the 4th year, the stipend is given to 20000 per month which is quite good. After completing an internship which is 1-year program person can join government hospitals or any other medical facility institutions or study further for pg exams. 60 thousand per month after mbbs . In Bihar government and vary state to state.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Term exams were held timely but results were not published timely. If students study regularly then it is easy to pass the term exam but if they are not serious about their studies and think that they can pass by studying one night before the exam then it is hard to pass.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I took this course because I was very fond of acquiring knowledge of biological science. And so mbbs gave me the opportunity to explore more about the human body. The faculty members are so good at nmch that everyone is hard-working and responsible. There are about 30-40 faculties per 150 students in nmch All faculties are either graduates or post-graduated from well-established colleges. And so their teaching method is quite impressive. The semester examination took place at a regular interval of 3 to 4 months. The level of question paper is kept moderate So, passing the examination is not that difficult
