Review for SCIT, Pune

Remarks :

The admission process was pretty smooth. SNAP was the entrance exam to get admission into SCIT. The process consists of GD and PI as well after the entrance exam. The cut-off varies every year so it's difficult to predict the exact cut-off.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is excellently designed and up to date with the latest industry requirements. Faculty members too are highly qualified and from diverse backgrounds. They are very approachable which makes the student-teacher interaction very fruitful.

Internships Opportunities :

Many top companies visit the campus every year for internships. This includes companies from almost every sector and each vertical. All the students usually get internship opportunities.

Placement Experience :

The college has a track record of 100% placement every year. Also, there are some international opportunities available for the students to grab. Overall, it has a very excellent placement process and provides equal opportunity for all.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee is approximately 15-16 lakhs for 2 years including the hostel and mess fee. Apart from it, there is also an opportunity for students to get financial assistance and scholarships through various programs run by the university.

Campus Life :

Life at the campus is great and there are many sports and extracurricular activities available alongside Gym and Swimming to make the student feel afresh. There is also an annual fest Graffiti celebrated every year.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel facility is great and at a minimal distance from the campus. Life at the hostel is decent considering the amenities and infrastructure provided. There is an option for wi-fi across all the hostels.

Interview Experience :

Yes, There is an entrance exam SNAP followed by Group Discussion and a Personal Interview process. Although the rounds are very competitive but yet with the proper strategy and approach one can easily crack it.

TATA AMC, TCS, Fendhal, Property Pistol, Kime, and Nagarro are some of the top companies that visited our campus to date. The highest package of our batch has been 10LPA. Around 95% of students are already placed and the target is for 100% before completion.
