Remarks :

For admission, you have to pass out the HS from any board with a minimum percentage of 60. For BCom, you need to have a minimum number of 50/100 in accounts. College doesn't provide BSc. For the admission process, you have to go to the college website named "WWW.AGCBC.COM" and from there you can fill up the application form and submit it for the next step. There are no application charges. Dates vary on which course you're going in. There are reservation benefits which change due to the situation.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Our college provides BA and Bcom (hons&general) and also we are going to have geo. Hons too. I choose BCom honours to cause out college give a good faculty of teachers for it. Many of our teachers such as CA, CMA etc. There is a minimum of two teachers for each subject and also you can get an extra class for doubt clearance. They also take exams such as mid-term and chapter-wise. If you study well and read, and practice the notes seriously, you can easily crack the exams. It totally depends on you.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Our college provides an affordable fee structure for degrees such as honours and general. Fees for the honours subject is a bit high as per general fees. There's an extra fee for each practical subject such as INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES. Our college charges fees based on each semester. For BCom honours, it's 2840+ students' tax for each semester. (Excluding fees for the practical subject)

Campus Life :

Our college has an annual fest just like other colleges have and its name is fun fiesta. It's a big annual for students which conducts in every year's end period. There's a monthly tech fest and our college also participates in science fairs. Our college doesn't provide extracurricular activities but has a common room which has carrom board, table tennis etc. Also, there's a football tournament and annual sports. As a college of West Bengal, our college has its own union group, but to be very honest, they don't work at all.

Placement Experience:

Students can opt for campus placement from semester 2, Many companies frequently visit and made quite good offers as the last company TCS gave the highest package of 900000/yr and an average package of 450000/year. Almost 80% of the students who have applied got the placement.

Placement Experience:

The placement of the college is quite good and impressive you will get more salary than expected and the highest salary received was 25 LPA. After getting the degree I won't sit for placement and will go for MBA.

I choose this course because I am from a commerce background and I have to do MBA in the future so I do graduate from this course and then my master's degree Students are too much in the college, the B.com classes are divided into 3 batches, morning, afternoon, and evening.
