Remarks :

To get admission in Sjce you have give either write comedk or kcet exam .. but kcet exam Is only for Karnataka students. North India students have only option of comedk exam. for the eligibility for the exam you have to get min 65% in your puc. You will get the application form from the www.comedk.com ...

Course Curriculum Overview :

I had some sort of intrest in electronics so I thought of choosing ece as my branch .the students to faculty in this college is good and the quality of teaching is also good but some work has to be done from you side also to get good grip of subjects.The exams here are taken on regular basis here .in each semester you have to give 3 internals and 2 events and maintain min 75% attendance

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 250000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

The internship season here In our college starts in 6th sem the students can apply for the interview and will get selected based on their skills the avg stipend given Is around 50000. Many come and give internship opportunities for the students

Placement Experience :

In our college students become eligible for placement from third year 6th sem .. companies start coming from 6 sem for internships and placements .. this year our placement season went very good very high amount offers where made . The highest package was around 50lac And avg package was around 15lac.the percentage of students getting placed are approximately 92%

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure here is for comedk students is 2.5lac and for kcet students it's 90000 . If you have any quota like sc /st you can get scholarship also .. the placement here is also good and many seniors of mine got packages between 12-20 lacs Per year ..

Campus Life :

Our college organises one of the largest fests Jaciyana which usually conducts during every even semester.it is organised in a very grand way .the Library in our college is huge and we'll equipped from great variety of books and journals The classroom here are not so good but are manageable . Our college consists of 3 huge grounds , basketball court volley ball court etc etc..our college also has a wide variety of clubs which are good for students personality development ..

Hostel Facilities :

When I came in my first year the rooms where not so good but now they have renovated the rooms now the rooms are good to stay. The hostel is same as shown in movies .. now coming to the registration process its simple go the warden office sign some documents pay the fees and your registration is done . The hostel is in the college campus only..

Nie mysore- a brief insides.

Placement Experience:

Placement sin college is preety good. We have plenty lot of companies and some big tech giants like boeing,cisco, amagi. The students become eligible from the 4th sem onwards but the main companoes start comming from 6th sem. The highest packagefor our cllg is 49 lpa last year amd the average package is 11 lpa. Approx 98 percent students get placed from nie cs/is branch and for other branches it is 80-90 percent.

Know about JSS Science and Technology University closely from a JSSTUian

Placement Experience:

Students are offered Summer Internship by the companies like Visa, Fidelity, Cisco and Western Digital This year AMD Ryzen visited to the campus and offered 54LPA CTC but it went without any recruitment as no one was able to clear the test. This year highest package is 25LPA and average package is around 10LPA for tech branches and 6-7 LPA for non tech branches. Overall around 75-80% of the students are placed till now. Last year placements were much better. My plan is to get a job.

Placement Experience:

Right after the completion of the 6th sem, the students are eligible to avail of placement opportunities provided by the placement department. There is n number of companies that visit our campus for placement including tech giants like Infosys, Wipro, IBM, TCS, EY, SAP, Daimler-Benz, Tech Mahindra, Thoughtworks, Sasken, Capgemini, and many many more. The offer packages start from 3lpa up to 12lpa. The highest package cracked in our college as of now is the offer from Thoughtworks for the role of Software System Engineer with 11lpa. The average packages offered for the role of Software Developer Engineer range from 4lpa to 6lpa. Overall 70-80% of the students get placed before the end of the 8th sem. I plan to get a place in a good company with a good package.
