Remarks :

I opted for B.Tech in CSE and the eligibility for this course was to get a minimum of 60% in Class-12th board examinations. And you can either apply for a college entrance test named SAAT or apply directly through JEE main rank. The application form for the SAAT Examination is completely free of cost.

Course Curriculum Overview :

This college has better placement opportunities for CSE B.Tech and all the facilities here hold a Ph.D. degree. There are a total of about 2000 students in a single batch. The faculties provide a thorough and lucid roadmap to make difficult subjects easier. There are a total of 4 examinations ( 2 internal + 2 end sems). And one who goes through all the class notes will easily score pretty good marks in the examination.

Class Size : 67Course Fees : INR 235000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Many internships have been provided by companies like TATA, Samsung R&D, etc. with a very good stipend going up to 40,000 per month till the internship period ends. These companies often provide internships as junior trainees in the software development field or web development.

Placement Experience :

Usually, the placement comes after 3rd year of B.Tech. Big MNCs like Microsoft, Oracle, Deloitte, Tata, Wipro, Infosys, and many others visit our college for campus placements. The highest package this year has been around 42 LPA and the average package for all is around 7-8 LPA. The college promises a 100% placement guarantee and abides by it.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees hike each year is very less and considering the faculties and the quality of education with the better placement they provide, the fees seem decent enough. There are also scholarship opportunities like if a person scores an 8+ CGPA with more than 75% attendance in every semester, will receive a very good stipend.

Campus Life :

The college has a very big and beautiful library with almost all the books one can find for their course across the globe. These books are really helpful for people who not only stick to the syllabus but focus on their personal skill development. There are many clubs like Coding clubs, drama clubs, music clubs, etc. which are run by students and have performed at many places outside the college and have won many national and international prizes. The college also has a cricket and basketball court.

Honest review about CGU

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester, students are eligible for placement many companies used to come such as Amazon, cisco, pwc, tcs, wipro, cognizant, and many more companies come for campus placement. The highest package is 45 lakhs whereas the lowest pakage is 4.5 to 5lakh. more than 95 percent of students get placed. My next plan after getting the degree is to become a politician.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements from the start of the 7th semester. Anyone having zero backlogs is eligible to sit for placements. Around 200-250 companies from different sectors like IT, analytics, finance, and electronics visit every year. Around 900 students were placed last year from 1100 students with a record of 100% placement in the Mining And Metallurgy Department. The highest package offered was 55 lakhs from Microsoft and the average package was 11 lakhs. If in case you didn't get placements you can still try for off-campus placements in various companies. I am already selected for an internship at Qualcomm and will target PPO next year.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am doing my bachelor's degree at this college. From school life, I loved computers and technology. So that I joined here for my brightest future. And here there are many branches and students. And the faculties are highly educated & the sem exams are computer so I improved my skill a lot in computers, and some of my teachers are too informational like you, sir/ma'am. so thank you for your good teaching which is very useful not only in the classroom but also outside helpful. And because of the much learn from campus, I want to be a faculty myself after completing my education as it is not just part-time work it's full-time work and also a lifelong goal to fulfil both teachings and learning about information technology topics.
