Eligibility of the course is that you are getting admission to the Btech course and completing your bachelor for further higher studies, that's all. Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum and syllabus are very well defined by the institute according to the semester wise that is all available on the official website of CSJMU Kanpur. Faculty members here are very good and very helpful to students, they are all very well qualified as well. If I talk about myself then why should I choose this course, the answer for that is I was firmed that I have to do a bachelor in an applied degree so I chose btech for that and about mechanical then I will say that I have an interest in Mechatronics so I chose that. A class of all the courses in btech is composed of 60 students and they are handled by a subject teacher only and in labs, there are 2 or 3 teachers. All the faculties here are well qualified with most of everyone having a doctorate degree and only a few having master's degrees in their perspective courses. Exams here is taken at frequent intervals of time.
Internships Opportunities :
If we talk about the internship then I will say you do not depend on college for this thing your college will serve you the internship, you've to put in your own efforts for getting an internship. Most of the students get their internship based on their skills on their own from outside not from the college.
Placement Experience :
Overall placements at this college are good and improving day by day. from the 7th semester here students become eligible for campus placements, companies like Infosys, Byjus, TCL, etc visit here for placements of students. for on-campus placements, the highest package is 12 LPA and the average package is 8 LPA. Here mainly 90 percent of the students get the placement very easily.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure of the different branches available here in the BTech is very simply structured the fee for the branches like Computer Science, Computer Science with Artificial intelligence, and Information Technology is Rs. 1,04,200, and fees for other branches like Electronics and Communication, Mechanical Engineering and Chemical engineering is Rs.84,200. The increase in the fee in this college is not very frequent it increases after a period of time that is mostly unknown to us. There is no scholarship available given by the college all the thing is you have to apply for the scholarship released by the government either it is govt of Uttar Pradesh or the Indian Govt. Financial assistance is given to the students in the seminars that occur over a period of time at the university. In this college on-campus jobs are not so good but it is ok if you are perfect in your skills then you can reach out to campus placements very easily with a good package.
Campus Life :
The campus life in this college is not so superb but overall it is good all the facilities are provided on the campus to the students. Tech fest and annual fests are also celebrated here in a well-mannered and proper way. The central library is also present in the college where almost all the books from all departments are available here, you can also take books from here by issuing them using your ID card. Classrooms here are well equipped with the facilities like smartboards and other things. all the classrooms are ventilated with AC also. Sports and sports-related activities are also done here, a very big stadium is also there and courts for different sports are also available here. There are cultural groups in the college run by the group of students which you can join by reaching out its leader.
