Course Curriculum Overview :
I am from a PCB background. I always wanted to get further education in a medical-related field. B.pharm is one of the most emerging courses so, I opted for this course. A sufficient amount of faculties is there in the college. Even recently our college recruited some teachers. Faculties student ratio : 1: 0.25 most of them are Ph.D. holders and some are post-graduates. 4 theoretical exams, 2 practical exams and a major final sem exam are there per semester. Moderate-level questions are asked.
Internships Opportunities :
Our college offers us internships in Sikkim with Various well-known pharma companies. But no stipend is paid during internships. In hospital internship, we learn about the dispensing of medicine that helps us to get a job as pharmacists. In industrial internships, we worked in various departments in industries.
Placement Experience :
From the Seventh semester students are eligible for campus placements. Cipla and Dr. Reddy visited our campus. The highest package is 3.5 LPA and the average is 3 LPA. 80 % of Students can get their placements. My plan is to do Mpharm after getting my degree.
