Remarks :

After getting air-87 in neet And the official counselling process at the NTA website I got admission to Maulana Azad Medical College. I had to go to college on a given date and had to complete my admission. Cut off for the general category (all India quota) was Air-87 and marks 705/720

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose MBBS because I wanted to become a successful doctor. The respect for doctors is unimaginable in society. Faculty: student ratio- 1:15 Teachers are well-qualified and educated doctors We have 3 terms and 1 professional exam per year

Internships Opportunities :

It is mandatory for MBBS students to do their internship. We get posts in different departments like obs, gyne, surgery, medicine etc We are rotated in different departments periodically. We get stipend of 20,000/month

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees and cost of the study are very minimal Everyone can afford it It insures that every student is comfortable and can afford it. The focus is on students' education and not on commercial purposes I will get a stipend in my internship of 20,000/per month

Campus Life :

Synapse is our annual fest conducted in around September. All books of various well-known author required for MBBS are available in our library Also, scientific research books for students interested in research are also available. Classrooms are spacious with proper ventilation and also air conditioning. We have a modern infrastructure with all the facilities such as projectors Mike system speakers etc in our classrooms. Mamc has its own sports committee which looks after the sports facilities provided. Courts and grounds for almost all sorts are available. Even we have a swimming pool We have different societies like music, Dance, drama, literature, fashion..etc for students to perceive their hobbies. I am a part of the Dance and drama society

Hostel Facilities :

I live in the Dhanwantri hostel (which is for 1st and 2nd-year students). All the students do not get a hostel as rooms are limited so preference is given to students of all India quota then Delhi quota. There are sharing rooms of 2,3,4,5 students. We will be provided with a bed, a cupboard and a study table. A meal in the mess is of very good quality. There will be no problem concerning food cause we also have canteens and Various messes. Hostel registration was through a form provided by hostel warden

Course Curriculum Overview:

The college is the best in terms of academics and clinical exposure. Patients from far and wide come for consultation. The faculty members are experienced with expertise in teaching. Regular tests are taken after the completion of units. The tests are strict and carry weight which gets added to annual exams. The Student-Faculty ratio is 1:30.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had biology in my 12th class, and I hated maths so the only well option in this field was to go to doctors. Each department has more than 27 facilities, which are subdivided for the students, so each group of 10 students can have 1 teacher. Faculties are renowned doctors, which have done some amazing work in their respective fields. There are 2 term exams and 1 sent-up examination which occurs every 2-3 months. And yes sometimes it becomes very hard to pass exams. Only late-nighters have saved most of the students

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS. is a vast course including 19 subjects, the good thing about MAMC is the faculty here, they are top-notch and teach very well. The strength of the class is 250 which is quite high and one teacher teaches at a time, but if you want to concentrate on the lecture you can. There are different grades of exams occurring timely month by month, which may be difficult to pass but if you study a few hours daily you can pass the tests.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Anyone who seriously wants to be a doctor should choose this course, it's not a cakewalk. I wanted to be a doctor, that's why I am here. There are about 12 Professors, 15-18 Senior Residents, in each clinical subject, while 5-7 professors & 10 SRs in pre/para-clinical subjects The faculty here is one of the most educated faculties in the field of medicine, but when it comes to teaching methods, its only PowerPoint slides, which they go through, and only a few teachers put extra effort to teach us better. Exams usually occur on time, except now because of COVID-19, but it's too difficult to pass the exam, you need to study a whole year to pass the exam in the final year, although for the first three years, it's relatively easy to pass.
