Remarks :

There was KEAM entrance exam which had maths, physics and chemistry. Then there was a total of the KEAM entrance score and plus two marks out of which the ranks were published. Thus we can select the colleges that comes unde the APJ Abdul Kalam Technology University.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The student-faculty ratio is really good. The faculty members are mostly graduated from top IITs and NITs in the country. The teaching method is mostly projector-based and blackboard. The internal exams are conducted twice during a semester and one final semester exam.

Placement Experience :

Students fom third year is eligible for campus placement. But mainly the placement comes for the final year students. Mostly IT companies are offering jobs. Cognizant, L&T, MOZILOR are some of the company in which students have been places. They offers a pay scale of 4 lakhs and 6lakhs per annum. In the batch, a total of 9 students have got placement.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is 8000 for one semester since it is a government college. There is oot of scholarships available for students which helps to reduce exam fees. There is placement going on for final-year students. The jobs that offer a CTC from 4 lakhs to 20 lakhs per annum.

Campus Life :

There is lakshya the tech-fest which is conducted once in two years. Now a new tech fest is being conducted by all the clubs of the college named Endora. There is a common library and a branch library for mechanical engineering students. The classroom is well-equipped with projectors and a Samsung flip tv. There are lots of sports and a Gymnasium inside the campus.

NSSCE : AN OVERVIEW

Placement Experience:

The placements in college are quite good, with placement getting better each year. From semester 6 onwards, students get eligible for campus placements. Some of the companies that visit our college are ALSTOM, TCS, WIPRO, MRF, INFOSYS, SIEMENS, IBM, L&T, COGNUZANT, etc with the list getting long. The highest package offered this year was 12 LPA and the average was 4 LPA. In our senior bath, 70 out of 100 students got placed. My plan after getting the degree is to get a job through campus placement.

From semester 6, I guess as I'm not sure as I'm still in semester 2. The orientation programs led that way. The Highest package given was 77LPA. My plans after getting a degree are if got campus placement go for it and then save some money to go for Mtech, or else go for MTech with my parents' money and pay it back later or take an education loan.

From the end of the 6th semester, students will get placement calls. There is a training and placement cell in our college. The placements are through this. Companies like Zoho, Keyvalue, Open financial technologies, Alpha Ori, Soti and others have visited our colleges and selected many students. The highest packest in this academic year is 11 LPA and the lowest is 4 LPA. But still, companies are approaching and students are getting offers. Almost all students got placed. My plan after getting my B. Tech is to work in a well-known IT company.

An overview on SCTCE

Placement Experience:

I think from 5th or 6th-semester students are eligible to sit in campus placements many companies including Wipro that I like C are visiting our college and they are providing us with a large number of job opportunities also. The highest package was around 15 lakh per annum I guess. Almost all students from the computer science department are getting placed and quite a number of students from other departments are also getting placed in good companies. I would like to go for higher studies after I get my degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I felt it is more apt for me. The course curriculum is already set by the KTU for the courses provided by it. Our faculty are well trained and highly qualified. Exams are conducted and scheduled as instructed by the KTU. The difficulty of the exam is mainly based on the subject. Our faculty help us tackle them easily. They help weak academic students and uplift them along with others.
