Remarks :

The admission process was based on the addmission criteria of 60% in the 12th PCM +JEE MIAN score or 80% in PCM in the 12th class. Application forms can be found at the campus office at Chitkara University Punjab or Himachal Pradesh

Course Curriculum Overview :

This course was chosen by me because Computer Technology is the stream of demands in current times and rapidly increasing with the passage of time. There is a mentor to a class of 75 students and % subject teachers per class. The faculty is properly qualified with master's degrees or PHD. One semester has 2-3 sessional tests held around once in two months and after the semester ends we have end-term exams which were moderately difficult.

Class Size : 75Course Fees : INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Various roles of software developers and engineers such as frontend developer and backend developer and data scientist and cyber security expert and UI/UX designer with stipends ranging from 50k-90k per month

Placement Experience :

Students become eligible for campus placement in the 4th year and various companies visit the campus such as Goldman Sachs and Tata. Most of the students get placed according to the level of skill they hold. The highest package is around 36lac/yr

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees increase every year by around 10% and the cost to study includes bus or transportation charges(around 30k per semester) if you are a day scholar or hostlers have mess charges and hostel charges and laundry charges.

Campus Life :

There are various clubs for students with interests in diff fields some of them being Bits and Bytes, CodeChef, Google Developer Student Club, IEEET and Toastmasters club which help us expand our horizons.
