Remarks :

I took admitted through DTE counselling. For this students need to the JEE entrance exam. The process is to apply you have to apply for dte counselling and the full process is on the acropolis website.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The college is affiliated with RGPV university and it follows the rgpv curriculum. you should have to maintain 75%attendence and semester-wise exams are conducted. we could predict the faculty-student ratio but there are enough faculties for the students and well educated and completed their masters. and the faculties are supportive of students.

Class Size : 70Course Fees : INR 368000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

There are not enough internship opportunities but it provides some opportunities. you have to submit the minor and major projects in the third year. The faculties support your college projects. The college has Atul Bharat this is enough for placements.

Placement Experience :

From 6 semesters students are eligible for placements. the companies visited are bajaj, Capgemini, Accenture, etc. the highest package is 45 LPA and the average package is 6 LPA. Almost all the students got placements. my plan is to pursue higher studies.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is like the 1-year fee is 100000 and another three has 90000 per year. it was increased by 10k per year .you can avail scholarship if you fall under the criteria .you can see the scholarship info on acropolis.in. there are many scholarships such as central sector, mp gov., etc

Campus Life :

The campus was decent and disciplined. it was different from other colleges. you should have to wear college dress regularly and have to maintain attendance. there is a fine on bunking classes. you could not get time to enjoy your campus life the college infrastructure is good have enough space. it has a huge library with every kind of book. there are many clubs such as gdsc, edc, dsac, etc.

A good college for btech

Placement Experience:

From the beginning of last semester, students become eligible for placements. Any company visited like Bridgestone, TCS, Infosys, etc. Packages 32 lakh and average packages 4 lakh per annum. Almost 65% of students are getting placement.

Our college placements record is quite excellent, but core companies are lesser placement records. From the 5th-6th semester, companies came for the placements and some companies provide internships and training for the selected students for that company. Above 6.0 CGPA of students are getting placements. For Now, My plan is to be placed in a very reputed company with a very good package for earning and then moving ahead.

After the 4th semester companies visit the campus for offering the internship to teh students and after the 6th semester the companies visit for offering the placements to the students. Some of the companies offering highest placements in SGSITS are : 1) Google 2) Amazon 3) TATA 4) ACC 5) Goldman Sachs 6) Samsung 7) Accenture 8) Deloitte The highest package being offered is 32 l.p.a for core electrical branch and 8 l. p. a for software developer profile. About 99 percentage students get placed every year.

I choose this course because I want to become a successful software engineer. Faculty students ratio is not very sufficient we need some more experienced faculties. Some teachers are well qualified and experienced and are helpful to us but more than half teachers are freshers and have no experience of teaching and we struggle with them.
