Remarks :

JEE Mains is required to apply for admission. In General, the Category cutoff is approximately 20000 for the CSE branch and 35000 for the ECE branch. After your JEE mains, you have to register for JOSSA Counseling and there will be 6 rounds and 2 rounds of CSAB. So in total 8 rounds of the admission process will be there. The admission process is smooth.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I wanted to do something related to Computer Science so I opted for the CSE branch. You will have approximately 8 faculties in each semester. Most of the facilities are Doctorates. Exams are not that difficult to pass.

Class Size : 75Course Fees : INR 138000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

The college has tie ups with a few Government companies and also has research funds for projects if someone has a good idea. Semester breaks are also a good time to work on some project or do an internship.

Placement Experience :

Students are eligible for placement after the 7th semester. 100+ companies have visited including big ones like Google, Microsoft, and Amazon. The average package is 16 lpa while the highest is 46 LPA. 93% of CSE students got placed. I plan to do some jobs related to Web Development after I get the degree.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Apart from the tuition and hostel fee there aren't much other expenses so approximately 2.5 lakh per year including everything. Hostel is not compulsory so you can stay in other places and adjust the cost accordingly. I didn't apply for any scholarship.

Campus Life :

The Annual fest is Spring Fiesta which is conducted in March while Tech fest is DevHeat that is conducted in October. The Library is not that big but you will find most of the books related to the course. Classrooms are in good condition. Sports is a weak point as the campus is still not fully constructed. There are multiple clubs related to Coding, Web Development, Sports, Cultural, Photography, Robotics and Poetry.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel is on contract as the campus is not fully constructed yet. There are 5 people in one room with one bed, almirah, chair, and table for each person. WIFI is a big issue as there is very slow speed and it doesn't even connect many times. There is an attached Toilet and Bathroom.

All round development

Placement Experience:

Semester 7 students are eligible to apply for placements. There is one placement rule. If you are placed through college then you cannot apply for other companies through campus placement. Companies like Reliance Industries, Torrent, Adani, L&T, and TCS visit here. Also, the TCS training camp is held for 3rd-year students too. A lot of expert talk is held. For NCC cadets in Electrical engineering, there is a huge benefit. They get recruited in the Navy for 12lpa. There are students who serve in BSF too. The highest package is for Engg Officers in Army, Navy, and Air Force i.e 12lpa. For civilians, Reliance Industries offers 7.5 CTC. But still, the percentage of students getting placed is low. In my Dept this year only 10-11 students are placed 3 in reliance industries, 3 in Adani, 2 in E info chips, and 2 in TCS out of 75 total strength. I am placed in Reliance Industries so I will continue in New Energy Plant. And I am a passionate musician my voice has been on the air on radio stations in Surat. Also done playback.

Countries like Germany are also providing jobs to the best students and skilled workers. The percentage of students getting placements is somewhat low but it can be assumed to be 45%. My plan is to not opt for placements since I will be continuing my master's from abroad.

Placements in EC and Computer are very good. The average package in the computer branch is around 16 LPA. and in EC is around 13 LPA. the placements ratio in EC is 80-85 %. You can expect a 10 % hike in average salary every year.
