Matrusri Engineering College Review

Remarks :

To get admission to any college in Telangana, one must write TSEAMCET. There is a criterion to clear TSEAMCET and to get into Matrusri Engineering College on average an OC candidate should get at least rank between 10k to 20k, for a BC candidate it can be 20k to 30k, for an SC candidate it is between 30k to 60k.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose computer science and engineering specialisation in BE, I was always passionate about computers and technology. This course helps me to learn programming and how to code, and how to develop new things in the tech field. There are total of 200 CSE STUDENTS in my college. Faculty is moderate, it varies from person to person, and most of all lecturers completed their phD and masters.

Placement Experience :

College placements are average, we get a chance to attend interviews in 3rd year and 4th years. Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant like companies visit my college. The highest package as of now was 14 LPA and the average package is 3 LPA.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The college fee for a general caste candidate is 90000, there is reservation and fee reimbursement for BC and SC students, BC students get 35000 as fee reimbursement and SC students get 90000 as fee reimbursement.

Campus Life :

Speaking of clubs in college, there is music, dance, and photography club. Apart from this, there is an orators club and MCC. But, these clubs are not effective. I can say that the cultural part of this college is terrible.

Placement Experience:

Placements are a little bit slower than others here in the college. The companies offer medium to lower packages of salaries. Placements are a little difficult to get. There are several opportunities to get off campus also.
