Review on MECs

Remarks :

The EAMCET exam must be written in order to get a seat in the college, there is no entrance exam for the college especially. I'm a student of Information technology. The cutoff for Information technology is 24,000.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I was interested in Computer Science Engineering but had to choose Information technology but there is not much difference between the both of them. The faculty is good and the term lasts for three to five months.

Placement Experience :

Students are eligible for placements from the second semester of the third year. There are a lot of companies visiting. Most of the students get placed. My plan is to leave for my master's after graduating. The average package is 4LPA

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee hike is like 5000 per academic year and the cost to study is also not that high but there is no financial assistance from the college and no job placements are going on for the present batch

Campus Life :

An annual fest "urvi" is conducted in the month of may-june along with the tech fest. A club called MATRUSRI CAMPUS CONNECT is run by the students to coordinate all the events held in the college. A wide range of books is available in the library. Campus life is good.

Placement Experience:

Placements are a little bit slower than others here in the college. The companies offer medium to lower packages of salaries. Placements are a little difficult to get. There are several opportunities to get off campus also.
