Remarks :

you have to score minimum marks to join the college. you will be sent to the vice principal cabin to discuss further details. they go through your marks and achievements. you can find the application form near the admission office.

Course Curriculum Overview :

as we all know bca has a very good scope and job opportunities but I didn't opt for this because of this reason, I chose this as I was into coding. my college has a very good faculty and discipline is maintained among students at best. Well, exams weren't that hard as in degree you don't go in-depth about subjects.

Class Size : 149Course Fees : INR 68000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure for bca when I joined was about 68000 and now that the college has been made autonomous the current fee structure is about 80000 or more. As of my knowledge, there aren't any scholarships that are provided by our college and I am not sure about this.

Campus Life :

The annual fest is quite good but it doesn't last for so many hours. Fests conducted in our college are quite less or rare. Recently they have built a new library which is quite large and I think they might provide us with more books and journals compared to what they provided previously and am looking forward to it. Our college has various sports like throwball, cricket, volleyball and more. Our college also has NSS.

On-campus placements in our college are good. More than 10 companies visited our college along with some companies from Japan. Many renowned companies include Amazon, Mercedes etc. The highest package offered was 22 lpa along an average package of 5-6 lpa

I chose this course for the sake of Electronics. The teachers are good and knowledgeable where most of them have done their PhDs and the students' strength is around 60 per batch and later lateral entry students will also join.

BMSCE - the oldest and most prestigious college of Bangalore

Placement Experience:

Placements are excellent at BMSCE students get placed from the 5th semester onwards. Some companies which visit include Infosys, Intel, hp, Cisco, etc. The highest package will be 40 to 50 LPA each year and the average package is around 9lpa. In CSE the placements are almost 100% but considering all branches it's around 80%. I am planning to do a job after my degree.

Good College

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to be an engineer that's why I chose this course. Student 21 and teachers 12 it's the ratio. Teachers are very well qualified but lack the experience that's why teachers join our college to get some experience The teaching is good and smart classes are available. Sem exams are conducted after every 4 months and 3 internals are conducted. Its somewhat difficult to pass the exams, If you study a bit you can pass them.
