Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this career because it is very internet to study biotechnology. Discovering new opportunities via this course was my motive. There are limited students in the class due which there the personal attention of teachers on the students. The nonteaching staff is also very cooperative. The faculty members are very good at delivering their knowledge to students. The head of the department has a Ph.D. degree and the rest have completed their master's. The exams were good enough in a moderate range not so difficult and too easy.
Placement Experience :
There is no placement facility for BSc students the only placement opportunities are of salesmanship. Many students after completing their bachelor's have left for other countries for studying and some are pursuing a master's in India from various cities.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees are a bit expensive w.r.t to studies and practical knowledge. I have no clue about scholarships as I didn't avail of any. Even the BSc students didn't have many opportunities for placements or internships. There are extra coursed offered rather than academics.
Campus Life :
The campus is a good place to sit with friends and have fun. Even the library is good enough with a variety of books and the library is good enough to sit and study with concentration. Classrooms are well-ventilated with adequate lights and fans. There is a facility of gym and sports. Thakur College is full of events that are there are various events each and every day by various departments.
