Remarks :

For BSc ( UG) there is no entrance exam, it's strictly based on the 12th standard percentage. The cut-off was 85% in 2020. To find the application form Before filling out the college application individual need to fill out the Mumbai university form and then go for filling out the specific college application. When I joined here , Reservation was removed. It was common for all . But for Gujarati minority the cut off is around 60.4% in SSC Examinations But now reservation benefits can be attained by applying to various schemes ( that college offers) through the government.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I did choose this course as I would like to pursue a career in forensic science. To pursue that I preferred microbiology as my subject. ( as it's a biology subject ) and I will be eligible for msc forensic science. The faculty and student ratio goes well. It's not about exams being difficult but you need to study from the beginning. Then everything goes in hand.

Class Size : 32Course Fees : INR 9500 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The cost to study here is affordable, it's about 9500 rupees per Annum. Scholarships are available and I have seen people getting scholarships from the government through the college. Just find out what kind of scholarships you want and discuss them with the concerned people. You will get it.

Campus Life :

There is a huge library, packed with almost all kinds of books. Specifically for studying purposes you get all the materials and editions of reference books. The technology implemented in the library is awesome. There are various fests such as RITE ( microbiology departmental fest ). Chemtrek ( chemistry departmental fest). Kshitij ( known one ). And many more. Amenities and classrooms are maintained well. Sports day is conducted where you get to participate and win prizes. DLLE - Distant lifelong learning and extension is a project run by college students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was interested in IT technology which is why I pursued this course. The faculty here is really good and it is very easy to connect to teachers for better understanding. We have smartboards installed in each class which is of great help because the teacher can easily browse anything online and show it to us so that it becomes easier to understand. Internal exams occur mostly one and a half months after the semester starts and the duration of one semester is approx 3.5 months.

I was fond of computers as well as coding so, I went on with Bachelor's in Science in Information Technology. We had 6 semesters of 4-5 months each in a span of 3 years. For each semester we have 5 subjects. so we had 5 different faculty for each subject. Most of the faculty had done their masters in the same course namely Master in Science IT.
