Remarks :

Eligibility of the Course is 12th Passed with Commerce. Application Forms are available on the official website of IGNOU and students can fill out online forms and take admission to the said university also I Card is provided to students. University has a separate Student Portal where the student can access all the resources like E-Books, Assignments, Past Year Question Papers and other related things.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The university conducts examinations on time and the exams are as per the curriculum if someone studies properly from the study material of IGNOU then he may pass with good marks easily. The difficulty level of the exam is moderate means not so easy and not so hard. Exams are conducted twice a year in the month of June and December

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 6000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Many Internship opportunities are available to students. I have done many Internships and gained lots of knowledge and which helped me to improve myself in my subject and also helped to improve my communication skills also I got a minimum stipend of 8,000 per month

Placement Experience :

There are placements from the university and students become eligible from the 6th Semester for placements. Many reputed companies visit IGNOU Campus for placement and almost 80% of students got placement in the reputed companies The highest package offered was 12 lac per annum and the lowest was 4 lac per annum My plan after getting the degree to study further means to pursue MBA or M.Com

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I have not received any scholarship or any kind of financial assistance as it is not applicable to me but I got a job as an accountant and data entry my stipend was Rs. 9,000 per month and I learned a lot while doing the job.

Campus Life :

IGNOU has a big social network on every social media platform for its students. It has social networks on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, and LinkedIn. Annual Convocation ???? Programme is organised by University every year. All books are available to students through the university and it has a big library where students can access books and gain knowledge.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course is Bcom Honours, it's quite an interesting course where you focus on different areas but in most semesters you have accounts as a core subject. Faculty is kinda nice and good where you can talk with lectures about problems and inquiry Lecturers helps with problem if you face in college, though the admin office works very slowly and you often see students in the window of the admin office because there was a mistake

Commerce subject has always been my field of interest. My 1st preference was economic honors but the cut-offs were too high to get into a good college so I choose my 2nd preference B.Com honors which is great too. Also, I am planning to go for an MBA post-graduation so I thought it was a feasible option and subject.

The courses were well structured, with a combination of theoretical and practical classes allowing for a comprehensive understanding of the concepts. The faculty members were highly knowledgeable in their respective fields and provided an incredible learning experience. They were always available for support and guidance, and their feedback was timely and extremely helpful. I never felt overwhelmed or frustrated during my four years of college, and I owe that to the faculty’s dedication to teaching. I am grateful for the education I received and the amazing faculty members I had the pleasure to learn from.

Students are eligible for On-Cmapus Placements after the completion of their Under-graduation. But One can still work for Internships with their graduation. Last year 15 companies got into the college and around 21 students got placed. Companies like Deloitte, TCS, EY, etc. I am planning for a master after the degree.

I had chosen this course because I was pursuing commerce in +2. The faculty is very good and the student ratio is good. The teaching method of the teachers is nice. 1st term exam for 2022 newly admitted students is expected in mid of February. According to my view, there is no difficulty to pass the exam.
