There are 4 main fests organized by the college, the Diwali fest: Jhilmil (organised during Diwali break), the tech fest: Innerve (organized during August), the sports fest: Ignite (organised around February) and the cultural fest (organised during April). Apart from these, there is a number of activities organised by societies and clubs during the scholastic year for college students. A few of the societies are hypnotics, rahnuma, soch, IEEE, ACM, Etc. The classroom has the availability of smart classes and labs are fully equipped with working computers. Although you can bring your laptops according to your convenience. All the books and journals required for the scholastic years can be found in the library. You can also issue the e-books from Library. With the college Id, we have access to all the IEEE research papers. Our sports society is the most active. Along with that the college also pushes forward dance and other cultural societies. We win many competitions.
The annual cultural fest is Taarangana. It is conducted in Feb. or April. Annual tech fest is innerved. It is conducted in the month of October. The classroom is not that good, the desks are old. Although they have projector facility. There is a sports society named Synergy. Which conducts an annual sports fest named Ignite. It has good volleyball, football, table tennis, and badminton, teams. There is a very good website named IGDTUW RESOURCES which is made by seniors and is very beneficial. The library is small in size.
There are two hostels Krishna and Kaveri. The hostels are allotted based on the distance between your home and university. For freshers, there are 4 students in a room. The room consists of bunker beds, Study tables, and chairs. The food is very good when compared to other hostels. The menu is a proper combination of junk and healthy food. For the hostel, you need to apply online at the official website of the college. Once your name gets shortlisted you will get the hostel. The hostel fee including mess charges is 125000 which may increase further.
The university conducts an annual fest called Taarangana in March. The library is well stocked and course books and reference books are provided in the library. The classrooms are large and spacious and the campus is well-connected and centrally located. Extracurricular activities are extremely encouraged and the college provides a wholesome and conducive environment for students. There are dedicated clubs where students work day and night to win national-level competitions and awards. There are many tech clubs for students including Google Development Student Chapter and Microsoft Student Chapter. There are cultural clubs like Hypnotics for dance, Zena for fashion, Tarannum for music, and Rehnuma for dramatics.
The annunal fest is Taarangana and the techfest is Innerve. Taarangana is in March-April. The library is pretty small but you can find your course books although pdfs are good to go. The classrooms are decent but with no AC. Sports is also not that much. Societies are there but specially tech societoes are very active.
Despite of our small campus, our college has a lot of societies some of them are Tarangana, Rehnuma, Hypnotics, Tarannum, and many more. Tarangana is one of the oldest societies and this also conducts most of our fests. Its really awesome. Most of the books are avaliable in library and you are simply access them by scanning qr code which is provided by libarian. It makes it easy for us to find a specific book.

there are major problems that we need to face in our day-to-day life, where we learn how to get interpret with someone, also lead the self-confidence high and the social part is best ever in college life, especially friends are just like a family member who always help us.
our annual fest is taraangna and the tech fest is named innerve .both occur in February or march. they are said to be one of the best north India fests with stars like javed ali, darshan raval, and many standup comedians and singers. the library is not very big but yes it has all the books required for academic help. half of the classrooms have ac in them. the infrastructure is not that great though. we have a single ground that is shared by another college named Ambedkar university. the ground is not very big so our sports fest synergy takes place in jln ground in Delhi. there is a club for literally everything but only half of them are active.
Life at igdtuw is very cool, you have your cultural fest knowns as TARAANGNA conducted generally in the month of March and April , it is one of the best cultural fests In Delhi and there is a technical fest which is INNERVE which provides students a platform to showcase their technical experience. This is conducted generally in the month of September or October. Now talking about the extracurricular activities, it well like we have sports in our college but they are not well established. There are lots of society and Technical clubs in the college and are very active, conducting several events every week on very crucial topics. There is a website known as IGDTUW free resource, run by students of igdtuw which is really very helpful, they provide all important notes of all the subjects of every branch, really appreciate their work and dedication to providing students the best. Infrastructure, so it is not so good the campus is small in size and this is the only -ve point of the campus.
The campus is very small, and Life is not very good but yeah the cultural fest Tauranga is the best part of igdtuw. many celebs like javed ali, darshan raval have come here. The classrooms are not very good, they don't have AC. labs are also not very equipped. There are many clubs and societies which are active.
Students who appeared for JEE MAINS and cleared it were eligible for this course. The cut-off was nearly 98 percentile for Computer Science and Engineering for the General Category in JEE MAINS and a minimum of 60% aggregate on CBSE. The application form was available on the site of JAAC and the application fee was the same as the JAAC fees which change accordingly every year. The only improvement I could suggest was faster results declaration. JAAC took almost 1-2 weeks to declare the cut-off of various colleges and whether we are eligible to clear the cut-off or not.
AGBy - Ankita GhoshFor admission to our college, we need to score a good percentile in JEE mains examination which is generally conducted twice a year. First, you need to apply for the exam through the official website of NTA. In our college 75%seats are reserved for Delhi candidates and the remaining 25% are for outside Delhi candidates. And another caste-based reservation is as per the rules. In order to get admission to IGDTUW we need to apply for JAC(Joint Admission Counselling) which is based on your JEE mains score. This year for outside Delhi candidates to get a CSE branch your rank must be within 22k.
SBy - SwarnimaThe eligibility criteria are the JEE mains score. The college website provides admission details and counseling is provided by JAC-Delhi. I did not avail of any reservation benefits but they are provided as per the government norms.
