Remarks :

Over all its fine not that bad and not that good. If you want placements then according to me this college is not suitable for you.

Admission :

As I appeared for clat and on the basis of clat marks they called me and asked for the admission. They asked me for short video of my introduction. Then u have yfill forms and then they will confirm your admission. For AC rooms you have to book it first.

Remarks :

The management is mostly ex army personnels and the are quite strict with their rules be it hostel or college. Amity has made it mandatory for every studen to participate un a 5-day amity cadet program under which they traing you like a soldier will simulation of army drills which is quite fun and useful.

Ans. In Amity, an ID card is extremely important. You must have your ID card at the entry gate to show it to the verification machine. Even if you forget it and ask someone else to do it, it may work, but if the guards catch you, they will refuse to let you in or will ask for some money. It is also not permitted to give an exam without having an ID card. The fine for losing the Identity card is Rs. 500. If you lose or damage your ID card, you must file a complaint before receiving a new ID Card. The student pays the fine directly, or it can be deducted from the security deposit.Read more

Ans. Yes, it is good for MCA, although it depends upon one factor i.e. curriculum. One of the major drawbacks of Amity University, Gurgaon is the continually changing curriculum. The university is still running the trial-and-error strategy with the syllabus. Curriculum: A friend of mine pursued her MCA (2016 batch) at Amity University. She had Maths in her syllabus only for two semesters. But her juniors who got admission in the same course two years later had Maths in their subject for all four semesters. With every changing year, the subject list, as well as the curriculum, undergoes modification. There should be a fixed syllabus structure, to avoid confusion among students. The solution to the switching course list is- check the course structure of the year one is taking admission. You will be aware of the applied changes and make your decisions accordingly. Here are some of the facts/highlights of this university that should be known.
