JSS University PhD Eligibility Criteria

Candidates need to meet the eligibility criteria for admission into the various specializations of PhD course as mentioned below:

  • Completion of Master’s Degree or equivalent by the corresponding statutory regulatory body, with at least 55% marks in aggregate or equivalent.
  • Completion of M.Phil. with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade ‘B’ in the UGC 7-point scale in the same Institution in an integrated program.
  • 5% relaxation is given to SC / ST candidates.
