Selection Criteria

The university conducts its own entrance exam i.e. Research Entrance Test (RET) for selection into any such courses. List of qualified candidates in such an entrance is published on the university’s official website. This is followed by interview and document verification with a list of successful candidates displayed on the university website. Successful candidates must apply online through the institute’s official website for admission.

Process Flow for Online Admission:

  • Visit the official website
  • Head over to ‘Online Admission Portal’ link available in the homepage which on click would redirect the user to the online registration page
  • This will redirect the user to a new page where the candidate needs to register himself/ herself by clicking the ‘Register Here’ button.
  • Fill out necessary personal and educational information in the application form
  • Attach scanned copies of essential documents like id proof, photo, 10th marksheet, 10+2 marksheet, graduation marksheet etc.
  • Submit the application form by applying an application fee of INR 300 through challan
  • Take a print out of the submitted application form.

MDSU Ph.D Exam Pattern & Cut-Off

Candidates willing to get admission into any of the streams offered in PhD program must clear the Research Eligibility Test (RET) followed by interview. Such candidates must visit the university’s RET application portal and register themselves for the exam by paying an application fee of INR 1200.
