Placement Experience:

The placement percentage in our college is 95+ for the previous year. This year up to more than 65+ per cent of people were placed on various companies. After 6th sem students will become available for placement. As of now, more than 60+ companies are coming. The highest package is 16 and the average is 4.5.

Internships Opportunities:

The internships are coming after we are placed in a good company that will give internship offers. For our branch, the core Synopsis came and took some students for internship. And Nanochip company has taken some good students and given them Intern offer.

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year onwards placements training was started for you. So you can get good placements. The highest package is 240000 and the lowest package is 120000 and the average package is 100000 and 7.5 cgpa is important for placements training attending and I have a plan for doing business.

Internships at KLU

Placement Experience:

It has very good placements. The average package was 4-5 LPA. Up to now, the highest package received was 33LPA. It has separate training for SAP who were interested. And for a particular department, the college is tied up with companies like for ECE-Nanochip, and CSE-IBM.

Internships Opportunities:

By the end of 3rd year, the students claim their internship opportunities. For the ECE students, some of my seniors grab their internship opportunities at SYNOPSYS, NANOCHIP SOLUTIONS, and many more. The average stipend they will provide is 20k-25k per month.

From the 7 th sem of BTech students are eligible for placements. Many companies like Accenture, cognizant, Wipro, Zoho visit the college for recruitment. Highest package is 12 LPA. Average package will be ranging from 4-5LPA.

Placement Experience:

The median package offered to M.Tech students during kalasalingam university placements in 2021 was INR5.78 LPA, which increased by 44% when compared with 2020. According to kalasalingam University UG student placement report 2019 eligible students,1084 were placed with a median salary of INR 4.8 LPA

Placement Experience:

The placement percentage is 75% 6th semester onwards the selection of the placement will start and training also started. Amazon, Capgemini, cognizant, oracle, Sigma, Wipro, TCS etc., the Highest package was 30LPA, and the average package is 4LPA. My plan was to get placed in good company with a minimum package.

Internships Opportunities:

Microsoft, Google etc will provide internships to students in 2nd year onwards. Projects like hackathons etc. University will offer students to do projects in foreign but based on cgpa and it will be a great opportunity for students. Overall internships and projects offered by the university are good and worthwhile.

Campus connect and experiences

Placement Experience:

By the 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. There are lots of companies visited and some of them are Cognizant, Infosys,capegemini,aptean,tcs, thinksynq and some more. 75 % of students are placed and some of them are going to place. My plan after getting the degree is to get settled in a well-reputed company.

According to the recent reviews, the placements of Kalasalingam University are not up to the mark. The most visited companies are TCS, Infosys, Wipro and Tech Mahindra. They are usually the mass recruiters. They offer an average salary package of 3.5 LPA to the students. But on a side note, never keep your expectations high as very few students receive good job offers. TCS recruited more than 50 graduates consisting of engineering students and some other graduates. The placements are said to have improved but not much. After TCS, a lot of IT companies visit like Mindtree, IBM, etc. But they do not offer a decent salary. Overall, Kalasalingam University is good considering educational facilities, infrastructure, faculties, examinations, sports activities, cultural activities, hostel facilities, hostel mess facilities, University cafeteria and the very welcoming crowd....Read more
