From the 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Many big companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Goodman Sachs, Jaypee Lmt, LNT, etc. The highest package is 44.5 lakhs CTC and avg is 4.5 lakhs CTC. 90 percent of students get placed every year. I wanna do a remote job.
On the basis of 12 percent: min. 80% required, On the basis of JEE percentile: min 85 percentile, You can find the application, fees, and dates form on its website https://juet.ac.in/ . Reservation Benefits are provided by the college for Army Brats and OBCs and SC-STs.
The placement here is good. Placement drive starts in the beginning of the final year that is from seventh semester in case of four year course or tenth semester in case of five year course (total of eleven semesters). Almost 85-90% students get placed.
The admissions were done through counseling based on JEE results and 12th marks or 12th results alone ( as during pandemic). The application can be found online on the college website. The reservations are available for ST quota and army quota.
Placements are very good and better than many other good nirf ranks colleges like even nit and some iiit. Students become eligible for the same from the end of the 6th sem itself. Big companies like Adobe, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, pure storage, Deloitte, Morgan Stanley, infra market, optum etc visited our college. There were 200 other big companies and startups who came to our college for pretty decent placements. The highest package in our batch was 1.5cr at Amazon EMEA and a domestic package of 80 lakhs from Atlassian. 104% of students got placed.
The admission process was pretty straightforward. One has to give JEE mains and score a good percentile around 94% and above to get the cream branch. Reservation benefits were not much promoted here. One can find the application form on the jee mains website. Cutoff for CSE 2019 batch was in the form of rank i.e. 50000 and above
The faculty: student ratio is very high for core subjects and for some subjects there are no students in eg chemical engineering. Qualification of the faculties are perfect but their dedication to teaching student is not good The teaching method is not at all good they just focus on the quantity and not the quality of studying. The term exams were held on a regular basis and in a short period of time so which gives less time for preparation they give only 1 month for the preparation and the paper is just easy they give tutorials and the paper comes from that only.
The eligibility is just 10+2 The application form can be filled out on the website of the university and the application fee is charged during 2nd semester while registration There is no PI or any kind of entrance exam for admission that is u just need money to enter this college
Placements start from the 7th semester and go till the 8th semester. Many companies visit the campus for placements, some of the key recruiters include Reliance Jio, Optum, Oracle, Morgan Stanley, Google, Microsoft, Adobe, Tower Research Capital, GreyB Research, Procol, Futurefirst, Inframarket, Biz2Credit, etc. 220+ companies visited the campus in the year 2022 and more than 1400 offers were made. The highest package was 1.15Cr by Amazon EMEA and the average package was 11.01LPA. Generally these companies come for Software profiles or Data analysts. But there are other companies as well which come for the ECE and Business An, analyst domains. Above 99% of placements were recorded in the year 2022. My plan as of now is to work in the corporate sector and if it goes well then will look for other options as well.
One needs to pass 12th with Non-medical stream (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) to be eligible for admission at JIIT, apart from this candidate should have given JEE-Mains exam. To apply for the admission at JIIT, all information is available at the official website of JIIT i.e. www.jiit.ac.in Application fees were around Rs.1500 and dates to remember are just after the JEE Mains exam i.e. around July-August the application forms are out and one can enroll for the same from there. Admission was based on the JEE-Mains percentile and at my time the cut-off for CSE was around 95% and that too for the Sector-62 campus. The admission process is fair which is obviously based on JEE Mains percentile. Spot rounds are based on the 12th percentage as well.
Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. Companies like Adobe, Infosys, Wipro, Collegedunia, ZS Associates, and many more would visit the campus. The average package was somewhere around 4,00,000-5,00,000. Almost 70% of students except in Civil Engineering would get placed. After my degree, I started preparing for the UPSC.
Counselling based on JEE mains rank. Eligibility may vary from year to year based on the cutoff for that particular year. Application form-related details can be availed from the official website. The application process could be a little more dynamic and GD/PIs could be scheduled for better applications and filtering out undeserving applicants who tend to get in on the basis of academics alone.
I always wanted to be a software engineer since my childhood and my cousins are also software engineers so that's why I chose to do this Bachelor's degree. In our college, the faculty ratio is approx. 1 teacher on 60 students. All the faculty staff is well educated and qualified they are pretty good in their subjects. When they teach we can understand any topic. So full marks for faculty. The duration between the examination is approx. 5 or 6 months. And this is the exact between the semester should have. Exams are pretty difficult to pass. You have to study hard to pass exams without any backlog.
The minimum eligibility for doing B.Tech is the 12th class with mandatory subjects like physics, chemistry, and mathematics. And you should have good marks in the 12th exams to get admission. For the admission process, you have to visit the college for sure and fill out the form after that you will get all the further information from there like the fees for the course and the college joining dates, dress code, etc. There are not any reservation benefits available for any kind of student in the college. I just want that the fees should be decreased for this course.
The placements of this college are impressive. This college is known for its placement with an average package of around 12 to 13 lakhs and the highest package of 1.15 Cr. Around the top 20 % of students get placed in top MNCs such as Google, Microsoft, Amazon, De-Shaw, Intuit, Jio, etc. with high packages ( of above 15 LPA ). Rest get placed in mass recruiters and other service-based companies like Wipro, TCS, etc.
There are three modes of admission - JEE, Class 10+2, and NRI quota. Application fees were there on their official website. There was a reservation for SC/ST and employee quota. The cutoff for JEE for CSE was around 46000 and for boards, it was 97.33 %.
From the 6th or 7th semester onwards you become eligible for placements. Adobe, de Shaw, Intuit, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, HCl, etc come for placements. 99% of placements took place last year. My plan is to take the placement.
The eligibility was based on JEE and boards both. It will be available on Jaypee's website. For my course which is BTech+ MTech in CSE, the eligibility was around 85% in boards and JEE and for BTECH in CSE was 93/94%
The placement situation is quite good for JIIT. Training and Placement are very hard-working and deserve applause for getting students placed (almost every student). Many companies visited the college and the highest packages were offered by Microsoft, Google, Morgan Stanley, and SAP Labs. On average, the package was 7-8 LPA. After completing 6th semester the placement journey starts and it undergoes till the last semester. Placement is almost 100% for last year's batch and ours is still undergoing so no comment on that. I am planning to join Oracle (as I got placed into it through campus placements). And then giving of GATE exam because the dream of IIT is never fulfilled.
The admission process was quite an event at JIIT. You are first required to fill out the form on the college website (www.jiit.ac.in). Then you will get a call for counseling on the mentioned date. The process becomes very time taking if your rank lies somewhere at the higher end of the range of ranks called for that day. And then you are assembled into one auditorium where you are called in the order of your rank. I feel like the college should think of diving this process into time slots so that the time required for the process could be cut.

DABy - Divyanshi AgarwalThe eligibility criteria for Jaypee Institute of Information Technology is either through JEE mains or through board percentage. The CRL rank in jee main is taken into consideration while allotting seats to students. You can the application form on the institute's website. The admission process is pretty straightforward and efficient.
ABy - AkritYou can apply either through your jee marks or through your board percentage. You can find the application form on the portal of Jaypee Institute. No idea regarding reservations. The improvement I want is that they take more students on the basis of JEE exam.
