Campus Life:

Life at the campus is very good. We can join the placement cell or economics society. The norms of these clubs are very strict and rigid. We have an annual economics fest which includes a series of webinars/workshops on varying topics in the month of March. The infrastructure of the institute is up to date it has classrooms that are well equipped with a projector, air conditioner, wifi and furniture. Other than this annual management and cultural fest organized by MBA students is there in the month of February. All the cultural committees, placement cells and economics society are run by students themselves under the guidance of teacher mentors. Also, the library is also good and students can study there and most of the course related books and other variety of books are available there.

Vivaan, a techno-management event, draws 3000 visitors to IIFT in October. Twenty business leaders, fifteen academics, and thirty IIFT alumni openly describe their experiences in Vivaan. Through a library card, you get 30 days to access books and research papers. Faculty members even wrote some books. Twelve huge classrooms each have 52 wooden chairs, one desktop, one live projector, and one microphone and speaker. There are yoga classes, gyms, and an Olympia committee. The club's Instagram accounts that are maintained by students are Socrates, Product Cell, Blash, Equity research cell, Entrepreneur cell, Capital, Brandwagon, Scope, Public policy cell, Renaissance, and Pixcell. A 24-hour gym is offered by the fitness center, and Olympia hosts sectional competitions during the games.

Hostel Facilities:

Each wing of the hostel offers a private bathroom and a common area with a table for table tennis and a carrom board as well as a television to watch the World Cup and FIFA matches. The single rooms are supplied with a bed, a desk, an armoire, a balcony, a study table, and a rack. Girls and boys can eat together on the first floor in the mess. Other inexpensive amenities include Nescafe and laundry facilities. INR 65,000 a year is the hostel fee.
