This was a much cheaper option than many of the other colleges. Also, it was much closer in proximity to home than some of the other colleges I was looking at. It also has one of the best-rated programs for the degree I am seeking.

Fees:

Tuition is around $13,000 per semester and is charged in August for the fall semester and December for the winter semester. Room and board depending on where you live is around $10,000 per semester, and is charged at the same time as tuition.

I chose Oakland University because I got a scholarship that would pay for a huge amount of my tuition. Also, the program of Health Sciences isn't found many other schools and I really liked the curriculum it had.

Fees:

The charges are just the tuition. We are lucky that we do not have to pay for parking at Oakland University.
