Holmes English Language Centre offers pre-English programs for Zhengzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College, Qingdao University, JMC Music Academy and Photography Studies College.

Holmes Institute, Cairns Campus and Residence
Holmes Institute has six campuses in total. All these campuses are located within the cities with proper access to transport, health centres, and hospitals. In Cairns, there is just one campus
At Cairn campus of Holmes Institute, accommodation to the students is provided off-campus:
- Cairn Sharehouse facility is meant for providing accommodation to the students
- The share houses are located near the campus, within the reach of 15 minutes.

Holmes Institute, Cairns Programs
Students of Homes Institute, Cairns are offered two Diploma and one Advanced Diploma program in the field of leadership and management.
- Total three programs are offered at Cairns campus: Diploma of Hospitality Management, Diploma of Leadership and Management, and Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management.
- All three courses are offered in English Language only.
- Diploma program starts eight times per year depending on course choice
