Deakin Institute is ranked among the top 1% of all the universities across the globe. The course structure of Masters of biotechnology is practically based and in the second year university allows to work in industries as an intern or choose a thesis pathway which helps students to decide their path. The admission process in this institute is very simple you just need to qualify their admission criteria like min. 12th percentage around 60% and graduation should also be above 60%. These subjects help you to gain laboratory-based knowledge which will definitely help you in the research area as well as an industrial area. The student-faculty ratio is 23:1 which is perfect for a university. I have been attending online classes right now so, I can not describe on-campus life but online sessions were the same as face to face learning. Faculties are very friendly and ready to help anytime.
Placement :
After completing my degree, universities will help me to find a job. Universities will only inform you about vacancies rest everything we have to do. The average package after completing this course will be around 60k-70k AUD annually.
Fees :
University offers you different payment modes like debit, credit, wire transfer etc. I paid through wire transfer since taxes on this mode are minimum. I got an education loan of 20 lakhs and my parents provided 10 lakhs from their savings. Since I have been attending online classes I don't know much about academic expenses
Scholarship :
Yes, I got a Deakin India postgraduate bursary which is a 20% scholarship on my tuition fees. You have to score between 55-75% in your undergraduate degree and 70-80% in the 12th standard to achieve this scholarship.

I'm attending online sessions from India right now so I can not describe much about campus life. In the introduction, video faculties showed a lot of things inside the University which includes a library, nanotechnology lab, genetic lab, big playground, auditorium etc
Hostel :
I'm attending online classes right now, so I can't provide details about accommodation. Most of the students opt for off-campus accommodation since it's a bit cheap. Most of the students first book a room for one-two weeks and then look for a shared apartment.
