Marine Institute of Memorial University of Newfoundland Admission Deadline

Visa Requirements for International Students

Students must apply for a study permit from outside Canada before moving to Canada to study. They can either apply online or by paper application.

Fisheries Science (stock assessment)- M.Sc Satisfactory knowledge of mathematics, statistics and scientific computing.
Fisheries Science(Fisheries Science and technology) A supervisor, who must be either a research scientist with the Marine Institute’s School of Fisheries, a cross-appointed or adjunct faculty with the School or an actively-publishing researcher within the School that holds a PhD.
Marine Studies (Marine Spatial Planning and Management) Background in mathematics, statistics and geographic information systems.

Admissions are offered to students on the basis of their academic excellence, official test scores, supporting documents and an on-time application submission with the required fee.

Institute offers admission to students in their final year of study on a conditional basis, provided they submit final result at the time of enrollment.
