  • In either 2nd or 3rd year, each student must successfully complete a praxicum designated course. A praxicum is a course, seminar, or program that integrates legal theory with practice.  
  • Students are required, in each of their 2nd and 3rd year, to successfully complete a seminar, course, or faculty-supervised research paper.
  • The entrance scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic excellence and financial need and the range is from a few thousand dollars up to most prestigious renewable awards at $30,000 over 3 years.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

  • Students must have to complete a minimum of 3 years of study (90 credits) at a recognized university in a program leading to a degree of the year of admission.
  • Students must have a strong academic record (masters degree preferred) and significant related professional experience.
  • Students with less than 3 years of university can apply if they have demonstrated through the length and quality of their non-academic experience, and ability to successfully complete the JD Program.
  • Students must have proof of English language proficiency is required.
  • Students must have to submit an LSAT score.

Work Experience:

Students must have a minimum of 5 years of non-academic work experience.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:

  • Completed a 4-year UG degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
  • Or, completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
  • Or, completed a 3-year UG degree with a first-class from a NAAC-accredited institution.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.
