Hostel:

Our University has 8 hostels inside the campus. A first-year student applying for the hostel will compulsorily get a room no matter what. It costs from $7300-$8500 for 8 months.

This is a very good institution for Mathematics and the other better Universities I applied to took too long to accept my application, so by the time they did, I had already enrolled in this University.

Excellent campus it has a huge campus as compared to many other institutes it was near to 7 acres. its Meal was excellent you are given the option for veg or non-veg food you can take any among them and the meal was the as good as you can you eat at home

One of the best institute according to me it was best for me for fees and salary and all was good I have given all documents required for the admission process. I have worked hard to get admission to this institute

Hostel:

I was lucky enough to live at home during my time in university. So the only expenses I had to pay for was my transportation and textbooks.

Many forces played a factor for me to choose the Glendon campus (extension of York University) as my school. I liked the fact that the classes were small enough for me to establish person relationships with my professors, the school had a small amount of students in all four years - making it feel like less of a jungle. And finally, I was able to peruse and finish my studies in French for it was the only campus in Toronto to offer it as part of my English B.A.

No I don't stay on-campus

I picked this University because I had a friend from my hometown who was attending the university doing the same degree. He referred me to the university and told me the program and professors were good. I picked the program because of the job prospects after graduation.

I wanted to study in Ontario, and York University is one of the best schools present, it has a great engineering department and the campus is culturally diverse.

Hostel:

No, I live 20 minutes away from the university. It is better to find accommodation off-campus as it becomes lighter on the pocket and gives some privacy to introverts like me and adapt to the surroundings at their own pace.

Although it is not a cheap university to pursue a student carrier, it has a great lifestyle along with a nice location and good placements.

Hostel:

Yes, I lived on campus. The living accommodations were good and the staff was very helpful as well. The cost of the single traditional style room I stayed in was $6000CAD for eight months. I also had to pay separately for my meal plan from the many offers available.

Firstly, the Schulich School of Business has a very good ranking in Canada and even in the world. This made me consider this college. Secondly, the BBA course seemed very interesting. Lastly, graduates from this college land good jobs, and Canada as a country provide a three-year work permit after graduation in which you can apply for the PR also.

I lived at home with my parents and I commuted to campus every day (50 min commute each way). From my friends, I've heard that the living space/residence on campus are pretty good. There is housing nearby as well and students tend to share accommodation there to save on cost.

York University is the only university in Canada with a Space Engineering program. I found the syllabus and courses to be very interesting and this program offered courses pertaining to mechanical, electrical, geomatics, and computer engineering. I had applied to 3 universities in the GTA area but got selected here first. My grade 12 average was 89.5%.

I currently live at home which had been good for me as it allows me to save money. But the commute back and forth from school is costly and hard to do with the expensive fares and the need to pay for more than one fare at a time.

York university is close to my home, it was good for my program and what I want to do in the future. York university is also considered one of the best programs for history something in which I enjoy to do. Teaching is also something I want to get into in which is why I am currently enrolled in the program that I chose
