  • There is a mandir in campus which is so much beautiful.
  • Study and projects from college with good opportunities for freshers student.
  • Our college have good infrastructure and we have temples in our college.
  • College location is much good there is too peace in the campus.

Dislike

  • Term exams are held timely, but the dates and notices are always given 2-3 days before, which is very disappointing.
  • Most of the companies were fake and not good. Even the packages were not nice. It was 10-12 pm. When we went for verification of their address and location, most of the companies were fake.
  • The fee structure is very bad when comparing it with the facilities and education they provide.
  • Which was not even working properly, and we had to manage with the incorrect outputs it produced.
  • The hostel fee is 27,000 every semester if you choose a non-attached bathroom. For an attached bathroom, the hostel fee is 31,000. The infrastructure is average, but the food is very bad. The food facility is also very poor, with oily options.
  • Positive attitude, but management always involves and plays divide and rule. Maybe its sorted when the chairman is involved. TPOs are the worst; we need to change or replace them with someone else because he is a rude and creepy person.

Placement Experience:

Students start getting placement opportunities at the end of 3 years. The placement is decent. Most of the students get placed by mass recruiters. Major companies that visit are Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, Optum, Amazon, Capgemini, Wipro, etc. The highest package was 22 LPA and the average was around 3-4 LPA Around 80% of students get placed.

Remarks:

Admission is based on WBJEE as well as JEE Mains results. After WBJEE counseling or JEE result, students can visit/contact the college to book their seats and pay the fee in the accounts department. The process is smooth.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good if you are determined from the very start. Last year our Didi got a package of 24 lacs from our college. Many companies visit our college and select recruiters and mass recruiters also come to our college.

Remarks:

I took admitted to this college via WBJEE for B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering. My wbjee rank was 38000. You can easily get admission to this college if you have a decent score. You can get admission by WBJEE JEE Main or direct admission.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester you become eligible for campus placements. More than 100 companies come and 60-70% get placed. In my year it was around 13lpa just because of the corona but after that year it rose to around 20lpa. so, quite nice packages. The average package was around 4.5lpa. there was every profile was offered. Percentage of students getting placements-66-70% of students got placed in my year. Your plans after getting the degree- I am currently working for an MNC.

Remarks:

Eligibility of the Course- you should have more than 60% in 10th and 12th.you should have qualified for WBJEE. Everything is available on the bcet website. You can apply and get all the details over there. Details of Reservation Benefits- if you are from West Bengal and comes from lower caste then only you can avail the reservation. Any improvement you want to see in the admission process- yes, there should be more working on the website because sometimes it gets crashed.
