Bhutta College of Engineering Technology, Bhutta was established in 2003 under Keharnam Memorial Educational Society. It is affiliated to Punjab Technical University (PTU), Jalandhar. It is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and recognised by Department of Technical Education, Government of Punjab. The vision of the colleges to provide students the best opportunities to build up their professional careers of international standards, academic excellence and overall personality development so as to face highly competitive and professional scenario of the world. It is located at village Bhutta in the neighborhood of Ludhiana, an industrial hub of North India and a metropolitan city of Punjab.
