Hostel Facilities:
Hostels are good but because of two new branches hostels are overburdened 4-3 students are sharing a single room (except final year students). The food is not that bad. (worst in Rudra hostel).
Campus Life:
life is good on campus. You get a lot of free time (5 days a week is followed in college and sem breaks are of at least one month and even if you maintain 65% attendance you won't be detained). Josh is the annual sports fest which is held in the month of March. Goonj is the cultural fest of our college which is usually organized in April.
Hostel Facilities:
I have opted for a hostel which feels much safer than rooms. As it is a government college and the hostel fee is negligible but the infrastructure is not that much good. You will get 4 meal in a day which includes breakfast lunch snack and dinner
Campus Life:
As we all know college life is just amazing just awesome we are having many cultural events in the auditorium and sports events too in the field either it is track or field. There are 6 clubs available you can easily join any one of them
Campus Life:
Life on the campus is very good since it's a mountain area view around is so soothing and calming as well as peaceful, infrastructure is quite old but people still enjoy being here. Sports events are also contacted in the college.
Hostel Facilities:
We have large rooms over here which have a capacity of 3 students each having a socket individually. Washrooms are also cleaned every 3-4 days. Mess food is OK to good depending upon the meal. We have a timetable in mess for the whole week.
Campus Life:
Our college conducts Cultural Fest, Tech Fest & Sports fest every year. Talking about books our central library is filled with all the books related to our course. There are several clubs & societies as well.
Hostel Facilities:
The college has very old infrastructure provided with a led tube light, single bed, table chair, and almirah. The paints are off the walls. The water supply is available properly. Washrooms have Indian seats. Food is good in taste, with breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner in mess. Hostels are mandatory for all. The hostel is 200m far from the department.

The college conducts various tech fests and cultural fests and competitions. Course books and journals are available in the library. Classrooms have projectors and smart screens. The college conducts sports competitions.

There are so many events that occurs every year which are all organized and held by the student of 3rd year and final year like footloose, goons, etc In the college library, there are different no. of the department for every branch. There are also so many events of sports and some of these are helf by UTU and some of them are at the college level. There are no. of societies in the college like SOE SAC and VINCY. etc
Hostel Facilities:
This hostel is absolutely superb, the staff are friendly, helpful, full of local knowledge and go the extra mile. The facilities are cleaned daily, rooms are spacious and air-conditioned, large lockers for the bigger backpacks and free wireless internet in the lounge with some computers also connected to the internet, with a large screen TV (which was popular most evenings) Breakfast is good and a real bonus is a 6.30 pm snack, which can range from pizza to some lovingly prepared sandwiches. The hostel is closed off every day between 11am and 5 pm

Labs are almost best than any nit or IIT and ECE has the best lab in the state. Sports activities are good but not up to the mark due to the small ground and the condition of the ground. All the other activities are done by different clubs in the college

Goonj is a cultural fest held even semester with bands like astitva, etc. to be arriving in the gbpiet. Spandan is a technical fest that has been regularly performed in recent years Josh is the sports fest with all major sports like football cricket volleyball etc. Labs are almost best than any nit or IIT and ece has the best lab in the state. The hostel facility is also good. There are a large no. Of hostel and the food is fine. I won't say great as food quality changes as per to hostel. Some hostel have better food then other. The food fees is 16000 which is included in hostel fees.
Campus Life:
College life in this college is quite good. If you are a city person then this is probably isn't the best place for you. But if you enjoy peaceful nature then it's probably one of the best colleges for me.

Basically, during covid time there was merit-based admission in biotechnology but there is a separate exam for that ie gbpietcee. Basic eligibility is just intermediate from biology or maths in any of the field

Admission is done based on JEE score. Preference is given to the students with Uttarakhand domicile. The cutoff for GEN males (Uttarakhand) is around 130000 AIR for CSE. and is almost the same for CSE AI&ML. For girls, it is around 180000-200000 AIR. Note: UTU conducts counseling for all the govt. colleges in Uttarakhand.

I took jee examination in which my rank was eligible for admission to this college through Uttrakhand counseling conducted by UTU (Uttarakhand technical university). The registration was conducted in college or we can say physical counseling.
