I saw a lot of students getting good placement from the CSE branch in UEM-J, I am very keen to learn programming and development but unfortunately, I didn't get enough good marks in my JEE exam to get into the CSE branch in a government college, so I chose this college to get a CSE degree. Regarding the ratio of faculty and students, I can say the professor taught us every 40 to 50 students in a section. Every teacher was a Ph.D. holder, and they have good techniques for teaching. every 2 months, there was a mid-term exam, Exam was not too hard but nor too easy. If you are an average student you can easily pass every exam and even get good marks.
To get into the UEM-J in B.Tech CSE, you should have at least 60% in your 12th or diploma, No need to give any entrance exam. You could get the application form from the college itself or visit the official site of UEM-J: www.uemj.edu.in College gives some reservations to students from Nepal, Bangladesh, and African counties. The admission process is quite good enough, don't need improvements.
I have an interest in MECHANICAL ENGINEERING so I have chosen this course. Faculties are highly qualified and most of the teachers had done Ph.D. in their respective engineering departments. Term exams are not difficult at all, so don't be scared.
A student who wants to take admission in IEM has to qualify for WBJEE with a good rank. A student can find the details of the application form and the fees on the college's official website. Counseling starts after the declaration of the WBJEE result.
From the 8th semester, we are eligible for college placement Mainly TCS, cognizant and etc are companies which came in our campus The highest package is 72 lakh and the average package is 5.5 lakh 90% of students got placement I don't know because I have recently started my b. tech journey but I know that it will end up in a very well situation
We have atleast secured 70% marks in 10th and 12th standard Our college conducts an entrance exam known as IEMJEE where you can apply for your examination If you have good marks on boards like 90% then the college will give you a discount on the fee It doesn't take admission through jee mains as well wbjee
My college final student was eligible for campus placement and my college average package was 60000 in an MNC there was an average student gets good placement like 65% after getting my degree going with my company's
This course application form was out from the official website on uem, and the application fee was 1000 per student and, here reservation befefit for scholarship, and there are no need for improvement in the application process
after the 7th-semester students become eligible for placements many companies visited campus for placement like Wipro, TCS, cognizant abode etc. the highest on-campus package is 30 lakh per annum average package is around 7.5 lakh the lowest package is 2.9 lakh per annum almost 85% of students got placed
Uem Kolkata has many courses like b.tech, m.tech, PhD, BBA, LLB and many others. you will be eligible for any of this if you go for direct admission. uem Kolkata is a part of iemgroup. but it is not as good as iem. you can go with wbjee, jee main any of them for direct admission. otherwise, you will go for the specified college exam IEMJEE. Application dates will be available from July to September. the campus is not good, I will say bad. placement rate is 85%.many companies like TCS, Wipro, and cognizant come to the campus for placement. the minimum package is around 3.5 lakh average package is around 7 lakh, the highest on-campus package in uem Kolkata is 30 lakh. and the highest off-campus package is 70 lakh as mentioned on uem website. faculties are good not the best. electrical faculty is not good enough. exam pattern is not also very good. otherwise, faculties are cooperative.
I love this field and also my family suggested this to take. The faculty-student ratio I don't know the correct but faculties are enough. Faculties are well educated and Teaching methods are also good. Three two internal exams and one-semester exam. And passing the exam is more or less difficult also.
The eligibility of the course is to pass HS with pure science or bioscience. And one has to crack the IEM-CET exam. The application form is released from the MAKUT website. Application is generally released in June. There are also some reservations.
From the last year of their course, they are being asked by the teachers to think about the placements. Approximately 34 companies visited and the offers they provided to at least 72 students. The highest package - is 5,00,000, Average package - is 3,50,000. About 60% of students get placed this percentage varies on the size of the class as well as the knowledge they gained and via their college marks. I wanted to have my MBA degree after getting my BBA done.
I had to give an entrance exam to get into college. you can get it via the internet or by visiting the UEM, campus They also have reserved seats for sc/St and their semester fees are also being taken less than the others. No, I don't think there would be any process required to do an undergraduate course.
We have 2 midsemester exams in a semester which will prepare you for the semester really well. If you're serious and hard work you'll get good marks and actually learn about the subjects. Practicals are also really important and viva also. The difficulty level of exams: Moderate.
Amazing teaching faculty. Amazing library. IEM fully develops you not only as an engineer but as an all-rounder and an overall better human being. The campus is so nice I made some really nice memories there. IEM takes a lot of tests and prepares you for everything. Grateful for everything IEM has given me.
The campus placements start from the beginning of the 7th semester. Many MNCs have visited our college and made quite decent offers like TCS, CTS, INFOSYS, CAPGEMINI, ORACLE, IBM, DELOITTE, ACCENTURE and many more. Highest package - is 18 LPA, Average package - 5LPA Percentage of students getting placements - 90% I plan to work for 2 years and then opt for an MBA programme.
You need to take either the JEE mains exam or the WBJEE exam for entering this college. The cutoff for CSE Branch 1. Jee mains (under 50000) 2. WBJEE (under 1500) Maybe introduce more ways and specific exams for the college exclusively.
Mostly this college is good engineering and all the facilities and labs are good enough to grab this degree. All the facilities are friendly helpful and cooperative. The student ratio is also good. Almost all the seats are full till the end of the year. Mid-term exams are held twice in a semester plus the mid-term practicals are also over there and semester exams are also held at the end of the month.
Students must qualify for their high school. This University also takes lateral entry students in B tech. I didn't have any entrance exam to take admitted to this University. Though some of the Bengal students gave entrance exams like the IEM UEM ad on the branch is present in Kolkata also. All the admission information is easily available on the UEM site. They also provide some scholarships to home-state students or girls.

In this college, the admission process is more flexible. IEM Kolkata is the best college in West Bengal It offers many courses but I enrolled on btech in civil engineering. Reservation is more beneficial than others on
DmBy - Diwakar mahtoThe eligibility is 12th Pass in PCM. Admission was done on the ranks of the WBJEE exam. There were rounds of counselling through which seats were allocated. No reservation being a private college. There is also a management quota in this college.
SBy - SaurabhEligibility for the course is very simple. If should have scored at least 60% in your board examination. Clear the WBJEE entrance exam with a good rank (3000-4000) and get admission after counselling. One can also take admission through management quota. The admission process is quite simple. I think no improvement is required.
