Pragati Engineering College Review

Placement Experience:

From third year second semester onwards students are eligible for placements. Last year 56 companies visited and got 1600 placements offers The profiles offered are data analyst, systems engineer, senior computer engineer, etc The highest package is 33LPA and the lowest package is 2.4LPA 64 per cent of students are placed in our college After the completion of my degree I want to work for sometime and plan for my higher studies.

Internships Opportunities:

South Central railway, cormandel, NFCL, Vizag steel plant offered internships without stipend. The projects are outcome based and they aim to give the industrial exposure and knowledge. The outcomes are to make work easier, more productive, useful, eco friendly..etc

From the 6th semester according to the eligibility criteria they selected the students for training for campus placements and companies like Wipro and Infosys and Capgemini and TCS etc so many companies visited our college to make offers and the highest package offered by the company Amazon and the percentage of above 60 Percent are eligible for campus placements and my plans after degree are if I get the job I will prefer to do the job otherwise I prepare for government jobs.

Good for placements

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are good. From the fourth-year 1st semester onwards students become eligible for campus placements. Tech Mahindra, TCS, Wipro, and Infosys are top recruiters. These companies visited the college and recruit students. The highest package was 30 lakhs per annum and the lowest package was 3 lakhs per annum. average package was 3.5 lakhs per annum. Almost 60 % of students get placements. My plan is to get placed with a good salary.

Internships Opportunities:

From the second year onwards every student must complete an internship. companies like steel plants in Vizag offer internship offer to the students. I think the stipend is given based on your work and talent. stipend range is 2000 - 5000.

Pragati College An Average but Better College

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester, students became eligible for campus placements. So many companies have visited like hp, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, etc. and offers are made very huge numbers like nearly 1000's of students are placed. The highest package is 32lpa and the lowest is 2.5lpa. Out of lakhs of students only 1000 students get the job so in my opinion, I would rate 10% least percentage.

A good college with decent placements

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester, most of the students will become eligible for campus placements. companies like TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS, CAPGEMINI, and COGNIZANT, will visit every year more than 1200 offers are made. The highest package is 31.1 LPA given by AMAZON for the software developer role. The average package is 3.6 LPA in most companies for associated trainees. 80% of students will get a placement offer. My plans after getting the degree are to work in a software job.

Internships Opportunities:

The internships offered by our college are CELONIS PROCESS MINING. it was a data mining tool there are many other internships available on the AICTE website. Students will obtain real-time experience and there is no stipend.
