Prasad V. Potluri Siddhartha Institute of Technology is a private engineering institution established in 1998. It is one of the 18 academic (educational) institutions sponsored by Siddhartha Academy of General & Technical Education, Vijayawada. It is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and is affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (JNTU), Kakadiya.
PVPSIT offers Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and B.Tech Lateral degree programs at the undergraduate level and Master of Technology (M.Tech) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) programs at the postgraduate level.
Admission in the B.Tech and B.Tech Lateral is done through AP EAMCET and AP ECET respectively. Candidates must possess a 10+2 qualification with PCM to be considered eligible for admission to the UG programs.
Candidates who are willing to take admission in M.Tech need to appear in AP PGECET or GATE. The minimum eligibility required for admission to the M.Tech. program is a B.Tech. or B.E. degree in a relevant discipline.
MBA aspirants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Admission to the same will be granted on the basis of the candidate’s performance in AP ICET or CAT.

PVPSIT B.Tech. Selection Criteria
Admission in the B.Tech program is done on the basis of marks obtained in EAMCET conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Kakinada on behalf of APSCHE. Candidates who have passed 10+2 level or equivalent in relevant discipline are only eligible to appear in this exam.
Candidates who are seeking admission in B.Tech Lateral need to appear in the Engineering Common Entrance Test (ECET) conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur on behalf of APSCHE. In order to seek admission, candidates must have successfully completed their Diploma in relevant discipline of Engineering.
