Likes
- The civil engineering in my college is very good. There was a lot of focus given to practical learning. We had many labs which made us more practical in life. Yes, there are research initiatives undertaken by the department.
- I have completed an internship at Indo-Mim-Us Tech Hoskote, which is basically an injection molding company. It was a nice experience.
- The Placement cell is one of the best departments in our college, which ensures that many students get placed.
- Most importantly, we have a placement department that focuses on training students to get placed in the best companies.
- Labs are good with all the systems, and we have the best lab facilities. For sports, we have a good home ground and the best coaches.
- A good hostel and good mess foods are provided to all, with all the facilities including wifi and more.
- Good and the best college with all the systems and many features that will be useful to all students.
Dislike
- College helps students to apply for scholarships. However, no college provides loans or scholarships for financially disadvantaged students, such as merit scholarships, post-metric scholarships, or pre-metric scholarships. Unfortunately, I did not receive any scholarship.
- Last year, all hostel students requested the college management to improve the quality and quantity of food.
- Positive remarks can be given to this college, as a student who knows the managements torture towards students.

Course Curriculum Overview:
Course Curriculum was totally updated which helps the students to get industry ready by the end of the B.E Programme. Each and Every Faculties in our college is Mtech and PhD Holder and Few have completed their Mtech Degree from IITs and NITs. The teachers are so friendly and they have good teaching skills. Always help the students. From the academic year 2021, UGC has been granted Autonomous Status to the Sahyadri. Sem Exams will be conducted every 4 months from the day of the beginning of Sem. The difficulty level of Exams was Moderate.
Remarks:
There are three modes of admission to get into this college viz, through KCET Exam which is conducted by KEA, Comed K and through the Management Quota which is directed by the College itself. Eligibility for any course in my college is 45% in 10+2.
Placement Experience:
Placements in our college start from the 7th semester. There are big companies like Adobe, Google, etc who have visited our college for placements and the highest package was 40 lakhs per annum. In our college, 99% of students get placed easily.
Remarks:
Eligibility for the course depends on the entrance exams like CET and COMEDK and through the management seat. The application forms will be available in the admission section and the application fee is free.

The students become eligible for placement in the 6th semester. There are many companies like Infosys and Wipro and cognizant the offer made are good. The highest goes up to 40lpa and the average is up to 5 LPA. 99% of students get placement. To get placed in companies.

Got a seat through keacet and then applied for Sahyadri college in counseling, you can find the application form, fees, and dates in the college's main office, the fees are average, the college has good facilities and the process of admission was made easy for us the eligibility of the course has a certain rank.
Placement Experience:
This college has really good placement cells. many numbers of students are placed in companies each year. Students become eligible for placement from the 6th semester. And every year 150+ companies visit this college and about 75% of students get placed. The average package is 4 LPA and the highest package is 22 LPA.
Remarks:
For the entrance exam, I took CET (common entrance test) and got 21500 ranks. Based on this rank I got sahyadri college of engineering and management through option entry. After this admission process was simple you have to pay the tuition fee to the examination board and directly report to the college and there you have to pay another college fee to the college that you have been admitted to.
Placement Experience:
Placements start from the 6th semester. And there will be on-campus placements. Many companies like Adobe, Microsoft and other big companies have visited this college for placements. The highest package was 44 LPA. The average package is 5 LPA Almost 90 to 95 per cent of students get placed.
Remarks:
The eligibility for the course depends on the score of the 12th class and it also depends on the CET or COMEDK exams. We can get the application form in the Admission section and there will be assigned lecturers who can guide it.
Placement Experience:
The campus placement is good for computer science and engineering, and information science and engineering Students and from ECE also the place is quite good. Many students have been placed in top MNCs with good packages. The minimum 6.75 cgpa is required to get into placement. About 70-80 percent of the students are placed every year. The highest package offered is 40 lpa by Microsoft.
Remarks:
I took cet exam I which I got a 30k ranking and there were three rounds for college allotment including mock allotment. In the first round, I got alvas college and in the second round I got mvj college in the third round, I got Sahyadri college, and in the third round was the last. I had to go to Sahyadri college. There where eligibility based on our Ranking in cet. Based on ranking you will get branches like CSE, ISE, ECE, etc. Once the college is allotted you have to pay the fees required by the college to the kea and then visit the allotted college with the necessary documents and fees paid receipt. In College, they will cross-verify the details and make the admission of the students. There are reservations for allotment based on sports Quota, rural, or any other achievements you will get the seats in the college. I have been allotted college and cse branches based on the rural category which made me helpful. Within the allotted time of two to three days, you have to take admission to the College.
Placement Experience:
Many companies are going to visit every year in our college highest pack till today is 43 lakh per annum. The average pack is around 4.5 lakhs per annum. Almost 95% of the students will get placed every year. Some of the companies are Microsoft, Infosys, windrow, Adobe, Tata, etc.,
Remarks:
I joined through management, But, CET is the entrance exam for joining and the cut-off should be less than 20k for computer science and engineering. Application forms, fees, and application dates are all provided by the VTU board. For reserved seats like Hyderabad - Karnataka can have a CET ranking up to 100k.
