Likes
- I took the entrance test called WBJEE and after clearing it, I chose the college course that was career-oriented. Students have a variety of good choices to pursue after completing the course.
- Many people from my batch took paid internships in Tata Steel.
- The placements are great this year (2019). Most of the students have been placed, although there is a deficit of core companies coming in.
- Now, the fee is 5.36 lakhs for CSE AIML and 6 lakhs for the rest of the other courses. If you are from West Bengal, then you have a lot of scholarships available, such as the Swami Vivekananda Scheme. For outsiders, you can apply for state-wise scholarships.
- The extracurricular activities are very good with football, cricket, badminton, and table tennis being played by students.
- Im a day scholar, but the hostel facilities are superb, and the infrastructure is more comfortable.
- The college is very good in terms of placements and academics, but it needs improvement in infrastructure. The rest is all good.
Dislike
- Moreover, this college is not very suitable for core engineering disciplines, as the main focus of the college authorities lies in the CSE and IT departments.
- If you search for another internship, they will only allow it if it is a company like Google or Microsoft.
- Our college doesnt allow internships because, according to college norms, every student should have at least 75% attendance in each subject and every semester.
- If you dont pay fees or if you are late due to bank issues, which is their fault, you are penalized.
- Sports culture is poor, even though there are a few tournaments over here. However, due to the limited number of departments in this college (only 4), the tournament lacks excitement. In reality, the officials do not want anyone to miss their classes for sports.
- There is no hostel system in this college. I repeat, there is no hostel in this college. You need to rent a house or mess to live - I mean, survive - over here.
- Negative - Due to this discipline, our college does not allow us to have beards.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The faculty of the college is of PhD level and with good industrial experience. which is very helpful for us. The college faculty motivates us to take part in the extra-curricular activities and provides us with full assistance during the research activity. The faculty of the college is very friendly.

By wbjee with a better rank like under 10000.12 passes with 45%. I give jee the mains exam I got a 47 percentile admission fee is 6000. Application dates are till 15 August. No, there is no benefit to any reservation. No, the admission process is very good for our college
Placement Experience:
College provides good placement. Most of the students get placed in many renowned companies. Placement begins at the start of the 4th year and lasts for a few months. The package is satisfying and it is worthy.
Remarks:
Admission is done through WBJEE and JEE MAINS counseling process. The cut-off is pretty good as it provides quality education. Three rounds of counseling happen for each WBJEE and JEE MAINS. In the second year, there is a chance for Admission of students who all have a diploma.
