Scholarships offered by SPJIMR Mumbai 

SPJIMR Mumbai Merit based Financial Assistance 

• SPJIMR Mumbai offers financial assistance to needy participants of 1st and 2nd year. The scholarships are offered based on an assessment of need, academic performance, and extracurricular activities. 
• The financial assistance is provided in the form of reimbursement of the tuition component of the PGDM(BM) fee structure.

SPJIMR Mumbai Merit based Scholarships

• SPJIMR Merit-based Scholarships are applicable for 2nd year participants in PGDM(BM) depending on their performance in the first year.
• Scholarships are offered partially or fully based on the evaluation of students’ needs by the scholarship committee.

• Moreover, participants who are selected for International Exchange and who fulfill certain criteria are eligible for a complete reimbursement under merit based scholarships. This helps students towards meeting expenses as exchange participants in a partner B-School of international repute. 

• The scholarship amount in merit based scholarships ranges up to a limit of INR 2 lakhs, which is disbursed after the institute receives the grades from the partner schools.

FPM Scholarships at SPJIMR Mumbai 

• FPM at SPJIMR is a fully-funded programme. SPJIMR offers 100% scholarship to deserving students during their entire duration of FPM journey.
• The details of the stipend provided to FPM students are as follows:-

1. i) During the coursework phase: INR 40,000 per month,
2. ii) Post clearing the qualifying exam: INR 42,000 per month,

iii) Post successful defense of proposal: INR 45,000 per month.

• In addition, contingency grants and conference grants are also provided to students to help them access the necessary equipment and facilities for research. 

• Contingency grant - In 1st year, the participant receives a hardware contingency grant of INR 40,000 towards purchasing necessary hardware (laptop) and INR 25,000 per year for the first four years of the programme for purchase of software, books, stationeries, hardware etc., as per their needs. 

• Conference grants - A total grant of INR 2,30,000 is allotted to each participant for participating in domestic and international conferences.
