Placement generally starts from the 4th trimester onwards. Companies like EY, KPMG, and PWC. Tier-2 companies Infosys and Oracle come for the recruitment process. FMCG companies like Nestle, and Paperboat also visits
Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship is one of the finest B-Schools in the country if you are looking for tier-2 schools. The Return on investment is what attracts the most. The college may be a bit far from the main city but nevertheless, the infrastructure it has is none less than colleges in the main city. Oragadam, where the college is situated in an industrial area, and getting a live project and Summer internship projects becomes way too easy for the students. I would say all the 3 campuses are equally doing good and Xavier is a big brand. As far as placements are concerned it is doing quite well. Most of the seniors are placed with an average salary of 8.5 LPA and the highest going to 11 LPA so far.
Placements from top companies are coming every year. Our institute having 3 campuses in Bangalore, Chennai and Kochi is having a strong corporate connection which enables better career opportunities. Top IT, Consulting firms like KPMG, Ey, PWC, Infosys, Wipro, and Accenture come for placements every year.
The admission process involved a Written ability test, Group discussion and followed by Personal interview. The panelists had a brief understanding of my profile and gave insights about the course curriculum and other activities that are supported here.
After semester 4 companies come into the college for placements. Companies like EY, KPMG, PWC, Schnider, Adani, HDFC, HPE and 100s came for placements. The college has a 100% placements record and fortunately, it's true. My plan is to work in the company I got selected into for the next 3-4 years and then switch because the role I have been offered has a huge growth potential.
The cutoff for selection was 60% in any of the entrance exams. The application form can only be found on their own website it cost me around rs. 1500 for the application. The best thing about this college is that they don't do this reservation biasedness.

And college also provides us with various courses and training for placement and support throughout your course journey. Btech (2021-2023): This year the highest placement was of 14lakhs CTC and the average was around 8 lakhs CTC for the Kochi campus. Many reputed companies came for the placements such as Wipro, EY, Schneider Electric, Societe Generale, Adani, Hitachi Vantara, Oracle, SBL life, Federal bank, etc and many more.

At the initiative of the placement week, all the major big companies will come just the name you, like Accenture, and KPMG. EY, Oracle, Wipro, Infosys, JP Morgan, Etcetera. For this year, the placement is still going on The average CTC goes around 12 to 14lakhs depending on your caliber if you are in the top 20%. You can expect a good package. I took the CMAT exam with a cut-off of 75 percentile, followed by a group discussion with a team of 10 and then a personal interview. My interview lasted 20-30 minutes, during which I explained my graduation and employment experience. Overall, the process went smoothly.
From the 5th semester to the second year, the students are eligible for placement procedures. Xime, Kochi has a record of 100% placements. I'm happy to say, I got placed in Dell Technologies, Bangalore. Here, all students from my batch agree that the best ROI was received.
I appeared for the ATMA entrance exam. I received mail from XIME, Kochi for their ongoing admission post my exam. The admission process went smoothly. We had GD and PI for the admission process. The faculty who conducted the process were cooperative and encouraging.

The placements are good. Various companies like Adani, Infosys, EY, Wipro, Tata Play, Paperboat, Wildcraft, and many more visited recently and took students. From the 5th semester, placements started and continue the last semester
On the college website and also via mail forwarded by the college we can check the application form and apply. The admission process is good wherein the faculties get the overall idea of how the student is and whether they would contribute to the college as well as prosper individually or not.

100% placement assured. The faculties will be more determined about placements than the students that are the level of commitment and consideration they spend on each and every student right from day 1. The admission process was smooth and well-structured. The information flow is very smooth as well as the responsiveness. We can directly connect with the Dean and Director of the Institute for clarification and information which shows the organizational culture to be perfect.
