Pay the application fee and submit the application form.
Take a printout of the form for future references.

Documents Required

Mark lists of qualifying examinations.
Original Pass / Degree certificate (wherever applicable)
Transfer certificate from the previous institution.
Allotment letter from the competent authority.
Score sheet of the concerned entrance examination
Eligibility certificate and migration certificate (wherever applicable)
Original certificate to verify name and date of birth (SSLC/equivalent certificate).
Internship certificate.( wherever applicable)
For students under Socially and Educationally Backward Community (SEBC)
Caste Certificate (wherever applicable).

Course Details

Students are offered various PG courses by the University in various specialisations. Selection of students in these courses are solely Merit-based. The academic performance of the students in the qualifying examination is considered. The following table gives details regarding the courses.

PG Medicine in Super Speciality	3 years
MASLP	2 years	BASLP course with minimum 55% aggregate marks	Merit-Based
M.Sc Medical Physiology	2 years	Bachelor’s Degree in the medical field with minimum 55% aggregate (60% for B.Sc Nursing)
MHA	2 years	Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 50% aggregate marks
M.Sc MLT	2 years	Passed B.Sc MLT with minimum 50% aggregate marks
MPT	2 years	Passed BPT with minimum 50% aggregate marks
M.Optom	2 years	Passed B.Sc Optom with a minimum 55% aggregate marks
Post M.Sc Diploma in RP	2 years	M.Sc Physics and B.Sc in Physics with minimum 60% aggregate marks
