- As I want to become a civil engineer, I got to know that KIT is one of the best colleges for BTech.
- Not applicable for me, but based on my observations, they pay a good amount of stipend to the teachers.

Dislike
- My payment was 3000/-. No companies came to our college because there was no campus trend.
- Parents were not allowed to go far from home and it was very difficult to find a job near home.
- EBC scholarship, i.e., 50% fees, and Punjabrao Deshmukh for hostel fees, which is 20k, are available for students who have agricultural land less than 2 acres or whose parents are farmers.
- Though the hostel has a capacity of 360, it is not developed at all and is in the worst condition

Placement Experience:
From the sixth semester, students become eligible for campus placements. There are many companies visiting for campus drives like TCS, Infosys, Capgemini,byju's, tata power, black witch, and many more. The highest package of kit college is 41 lakh per annum which is offered by Adobe company. There is 90 % of students are getting placements. My plans are to do c-dac course after my degree.
Remarks:
Candidates seeking admission in B.Tech must apply online for MHT CET for admission. Final admission is done through Centralized Admission Process (CAP) conducted by the competent authority. For B.Tech, 50% marks in 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects are required to be eligible. Admission in B.Tech programs is done on the basis of a valid score in MHT CET or JEE Main. Candidates from Maharashtra should appear for MHT CET compulsorily for admission.

The application form is provided on the official site of the college or we can collect it also from the college office. There is the official site of the college on that we can see every update related to admission form application dates. There are no application fees. The admission process is that we have to present in the college for admission with all given documents listed, and we have to provide all the documents to the college whichever is needed. After filling out the form we have to pay the fees.

Many good placements are done in college. The highest package offered was 41 LPA. Many companies visit colleges with an average package of 5.2 LPA. More than 50% of students are placed. From the third year the students are eligible to apply for the placements.

The admission process was based on MHT CET Examination. Cut off for Computer Science and Engineering was near about 93%ile. The admission process was quite long. It lasted for more than 1 month. The application form was to be filled on MHT CET CELL WEBSITE.

The college has good placements from different multi-national, national and local region companies having average package of 650000 per annum. The highest package of our college is 41 lacs per anum and was given by "Adobe" multi national company. While pursuing 3rd year after 1st semester students are eligible for campus interviews. 221 students were placed in DXC Technology in last year. Before completing my degree I want to get selected for a campus interview neither want to start a business.
Remarks:
The admission process was too good, college faculty provide appropriate instruction because of it admission process went easy. For admission purposes, the CET entrance exam was there and the eligibility criteria were based on 12th PCM group marks. There are some reservations based on caste and the income of parents. Though the admission process experience was good except for the seating arrangement for students and their parents just has to improve.
Course Curriculum Overview:
All the faculty members and teachers are very polite and teach very well compared to other colleges in this area. So, I think it is one of the best colleges for learning Engineering in western Maharashtra.
Remarks:
A person should 12th pass and also appear for the PCM MHT CET exam Admission process is through the Cap round. All college-related details are available on Kolhapur Institute of Technology's Official website. A hostel is Available.
