Gurukula Kangi Vishwavidyalaya Faculty of Engineering and Technology was established in the year 2000 with a motto of providing technical education in surrounding of gurukula system of education. College is recognized by AICTE. The college provides B.tech courses in computer science & technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering. Beside teaching college also conducts various extracurricular activities like technical festivals, sports etc. College has state of art infrastructure which includes library, stadium, gym, labs, etc. College also publishes Tri monthly magazine “Nabhag” is published where students got chance to show their talents in language and writing skills. Each and Every year college also provides scholarships to top 3 students in each branch and also provides facilities like extra books, certificates, free photocopies etc.

Admission is done on the basis of jee mains josaa and csab counselling is going the admission. All reservation benefits are available As such any improvements are not required because all processes are done on the basis of govt. of India josaa and csab authority

Course Curriculum Overview:

According to my perspective, ee is the toughest branch among all iits and nits and iiits of India and this college is under iiit category and also called a gfti (govt. funded tech. institute ) in this college faculty is quite nice all are Mtech and phd faculty exam and rules are too tough if you pass this exam you should definitely go for a bright future

The admission process was through josaa and csab. You have to apply for jee mains and josaa or csab. Yes for sc and st some deduction in fees and for general and obc students there is no deduction in fees but at admission time obc students get little benefit. No.

I chose this course Due to the Increasing demand for semiconductors industries in India. 125 students in each branch, All the faculties are highly qualified and knowledgeable and helpful. The exam was on time and it is easy to get a pass by studying hard.

Good college

Here they take admission Through jeemains. COUNSELLING IS done Through josaa and Csab. Here direct admission also takes place. You have to apply after the end of csab round just contact the college. When the seat is vacant you can apply for it.

My course is good. most of the teachers don't come here to only teach students, they educate them abt everything. They do there best to educate us in every field of life. The behavior of faculty is nice toward students. They teach carefully with proper knowledge.

Take Admission at Your own Risk

It was just simple. They take on the basis of JEE Mains marks. They take admission through josaa counselling. The minimum rank required is between 2lakhs. There are direct admission processes also held in this college. Just contact to college after the CSAB rounds end.

The faculties are not good enough. They just do time pass here. You have studied by yourself. There is no support from faculties in any activity. Faculties here are very arrogant and don't support students. Faculties take no responsibility for anything.
