Master of Arts [MA] (Sociology) From Shia PG College, Lucknow

Aspirants seeking admission to 2 years full-time MA program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.
Academic Requirement:

• Acandidate will be eligible for admission to M.A. (Sociology) - I Semester, If He/She has completed graduation with 10+2+3 system from any University recognised by University Grants Commission and has secured of 45% marks at graduation level. 
• Relaxation of 5% marks will be given to S.C./S.T. applicants.
• Applicant should have passed B.A. I, II & III Year Examination with Sociology, as one of the subject.
• The applicants who have not studied Sociology, as one of the subject at Graduation Level, should have passed Graduation with 55% marks, however a relaxation of 5 marks will be given to S.C. / S.T. applicants.
• There should not be more than 5 years gap after Graduation.
