Maharaja's College Mysore Admission

The whole admission process for all the courses offered is offline and merit-based. Any candidate who fulfills the minimum eligibility criteria can take part in the admission process. Admission to all the courses is based on the marks scored by the applicant in the concerned qualifying examination.

Listed below is the application form for admission in Maharaja's College Mysore:

  • The applicants will have to apply in the prescribed form which can be obtained from the college office on payment of the prescribed application fee.
  • The candidates should duly fill the application form and submit it along with the required documents.
  • All the documents should be duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.
  • The students opting for B.A. courses are advised to write clearly the combination of the optional subjects that they want to study. They may write 2 combinations of optional subjects in their preferred order of preference in the application form.
  • Admission of candidates will be considered only against available seats in the combinations mentioned in the application form in the order of preference indicated by the candidates. The request of any student will not be considered for admission to any other combination of subjects other than that indicated in his/her application form.
  • The merit list will be prepared based on the marks scored by the candidate in the 10+2 examination.
  • Students will have to produce all the original documents before the Principal of the college at the time of admission for physical verification, if any candidate fails to do so, his/her admission will be cancelled.
